Help my bench

Try drop sets that's what has helped me break through my benching plateaus for example do 3x8 with 225 then load the bar with 45,25,10,10 on each side (still225) hit that as many as you can then take off the two 10s and immediately rep out with the 185 remaining do two sets of this.

Might work for you might not t worked for me and it is something different than what you are doing now so hopefully it confuses your muscles

Thanks for the reply, i have tried drop set and have had success with them. For me though I find it works more towards hypertrophy.

Haha thanks man, then what I would suggest is what I'm doing right now to try to put on size, you gotta move more volume I'm just starting out on high volume so I'm at 5x10 right now but I am eventually trying I work up to 10 reps 10 sets. Volume will get you there!
