Try drop sets that's what has helped me break through my benching plateaus for example do 3x8 with 225 then load the bar with 45,25,10,10 on each side (still225) hit that as many as you can then take off the two 10s and immediately rep out with the 185 remaining do two sets of this.
Might work for you might not t worked for me and it is something different than what you are doing now so hopefully it confuses your muscles
