This was something the girl wanted to do..as far as transportation across flatwater it was indeed one hell of a cardio workout. We paddled pretty strenuously for about 45mins across some heavy chop as there was plenty of motorized craft out there that day, tied up and swam for 30 mins, then 45 min paddle back across against the wind. I just loaned the board but I suspect I may have been on the upper end on the weight spectrum for that 10ft foam board, I had some of the chop rolling over the board most of the time.

I did get some looks from the ladies though, I guess I didn't fit their stereotypical image, it really pisses em off when they realize how flexible I am at my size. She wants me to do some kind of paddleboard yoga club with her, I'm down for a circle of tan toned chics in bikinis in the downward dog position :cool:.....but I think next time I'm gonna try to find an 11'er or maybe just something wider??? maybe cut the tren back too

I know you don't mean that last part.
 
Last Wed 7.29 was 4 weeks tren only...
as some of you already know, just short of the 4 week mark the tren shut me hard.
I was suffering less than desirable effects to libido and sexual function Sat/Sun 25-26,
So I made the decision to go ahead and add test and begin my blast. I have HCG on hand but figured I would start some prop ED and see where I was before I did a big blast of hcg. Backed off the tren a little to see if I could bounce back without dropping it...

So I fucked my shot of getting bloods done on tren only, girl I'm seeing was putting pressure on me though bc she has would I would call "a very active libido". We've known each other a long time and she's well aware of my past history with the opposite sex I should say. She just automatically assumes if I'm not smashing her 4-5x a day I MUST be fucking someone else. I had to bounce back and in quick fashion to keep the peace, after I started the prop monday I was back and then some by Friday mid day.

I will start the hcg this week, along with low dose cialis for BP, and 1/2mg Adex MWF with my cyp pin. I like running test higher than tren, feel much better this way and I've tried the low test/high tren last year. I will keep my short ester dosages like this for the next 4 weeks. Then drop them completely when the long esters kick in around 9.1. Keep running the long esters as so:

M/W/F 300mg Cyp
Tu/Th/Sat 300mg EQ

Strength is up...rolled the Polaris side by side with one of my young buddies and a couple chainsaws last night cutting a steep trail. Got it pinned down on it's side in some high weeds between a stack of cut logs and a boulder on the property we've been logging. After 2 attempts I was able to deadlift it up to my chest then press it back upright, got it turned around and our asses outta there. Manufacturer specs estimates it's dry weight around 499kg? I wanna do some heavy singles, itching too, but I've got my new programming for the next 4 weeks so I guess I will stick to the plan as long as I can.

Last time I was launching myself off a perfectly good cliff ledge was at 6 mile. And I was still just a teenager. Had to get a running start than 80' down. If your not naturally a long jumper you were as good as dead. Rocks awaited the unathletic below. In fact just last week I heard another kid died trying that jump.

Ranger Ricky was always around threatening to write tickets. I didn't care and neither did anybody else. He couldn't catch me even if I was bare feet in the woods.

I remember one time I made the mistake of opening my legs on the jump. The concrete water slammed my nuts so hard...I can't even tell you. So hard.

Shit changes when your a dad. I don't think I could or would do that now

There's one like that around here 70ft+ waterfall in the national forest.
We used to get liquored up and jump off it to show off in front of the honeys.
My buddy shattered his leg there on underlying rocks, he made it to the shore but it was an agonizing hike out after we splinted it up with bark and virgina creeper vines.
Another boy drowned out there and he never came up. Divers found his body a year or two later pinned underwater against the rock in the hydraulic.

I don't fuck around with that one too much anymore...
 
Saw your post in Ogh's thread and I gotta say I like your method of training. I expect you to post your pic here when you reach my age. Keep at it, with your head on a swivel and you should be bad ass as well.
Now a days, with guys like you. If you got into my 8' radius, I'd just shoot you in both knees and depending on how much of a warm up I had, possibly a shoulder, as well. Then I would toy with you like a cat with mouse until I got bored. ;)

As far as training goes I've always stayed kinda quiet around here. I pay for my programming now but I don't mind sharing it, it was more of the fact I just didn't think a lot of guys here had interest in dynamic strength & conditioning. Seems like interest has perked up around here now a little bit, which is pretty cool imo, I like the current trend around here. That and my "liberal" AAS use...I think guys see the amount of gear I run and expect me to be 300lb+ and 8%bf but the truth is THE #1 REASON I RUN AAS:
recovery. recovery. recovery.
I can't sustain the intensity I train at for any amount of time without it.
 
All of my life I've trained for speed, agility, stamina and strength, In that order.The extra weight never got to the point that it impaired my abilities. It wasn't until the last 20 years did I really start into heavy weight and bulking. Still do a ton of cardio, a run an obstacle course 2x week. Once a year I do a CFT and have ranked in the upper mid range. I get a kick out of showing up some of the young bucks.
My philosophy is, if you never stop, you'll always be able to do it. Stop and next then is shufffeling around all stooped over. Not for me and I believe you feel the same.

week 5 added the prop and drol (feel ASTRONOMICALLY better, well now I know)
I'm going to bump my adex dosage to .5mg ED,
(I don't believe that my E2 is whacked out however I'm blowing up quickly now and I'm concerned about too much water retention and adverse effects on BP w/ drol+tren.)
