Hello everyone. I'm just using this thread just so people know my stats. I'm currently 145lbs 5'8 and in my late teens early 20s. I have been working out for three years straight. Hi protein hi carb diet. My goal is to get to 200-215lbs idc how I get there I just want to achieve it.I have considered aas and might take it. And thats all y'all need to know! :)

If your are in your late teens, not one member on this board will support your plan.

18, sorry and alrightly then lol I can still learn more for when I do though. And not asking for y'all support just asking for knowledge because in the end it's my decision. Not trying to come off as an punk ass kid or a know it all. I'm just curious and have some questions that's all and I don't mean any of this disrespectfully.

I think the opinion you are going to get here is the need for patience. Your natural anabolic environment isn't ever going to be much better, you may still even be growing.

Most guys I think are going to suggest this is the time to learn what you are doing and take advantage of your bodies natural hormonal environment and put on a base of mass. I only sort of joking answered a question to somebody who asked me how long it took me to learned to do lat pulldowns the way I was, that it took me about 8 years to fully figure it out (an exaggeration but not without some truth).

AS really aren't the "quick fix" I think they sometimes believed to be by those outside the weightlifting community. Most guys who use them with success are those who have taken a long term approach.
