Can't sleep through the night, but it's not the tren, it's my insatiable appetite.
I turn in by 10 at the latest, by 12:30 I'm awoken by my stomach eating itself.
I'm going to adjust to 9 lights out and set an alarm for a midnight and refeed,
5am wakeup + 5:30am training sessions.
I'm also a fucking prick today based on my interactions with guys on the board.
Squats tomorrow and try to zen out over the weekend lift the truck and mount new tires. I'm going to lock myself in the gym for awhile and ride this aggression out, catch up with you guys soon, stay after it brothers.
Too lazy to do the whole run down, here's an idea of my
power clean progression today:

1x1 205lb
1x1 225lb
1x1 275lb
1x1 295lb
6x2 315lbs
not great numbers but I feel good, strength is coming back quickly now. Scale said 220 this morning...idk about that though.
