Prop, tren, and DMZ 3.0

Doing shoulders tonight brothas. Kinda fucking exhausted from waking up at the ass crack of dawn and balancing school, work, homework, gym, and all the cooking that has to go on in between. It's a pain in the dick. Reminds me why I use to do speed but that's a big no no. I'm thinking about investing in some nootropics. I've heard great things about phenylpiracetam.
 
Sweat dripped off my forehead into some dudes eye that I was spotting on flat bench on Friday. He freaked out while trying to bench 365. Got dangerous. I feel gay mentioning that after what ozzy said tho.

I dont know how I would react to that situation man. And I dont know which is worse, in the eye or in the mouth. I feel sick just thinking about it.
 
Alright about to go hit shoulders. Pinned my left delt with 1cc prop 1cc tren a couple hours ago. Every time I raise my arm above my head it's extremely painful so this should make for an unpleasant shoulder workout.

But, pain gets my dick hard so fuck it. I'm just kinda sick in the head like that. Probably gonna start it off with heavy overhead press.

1x2 265lb this is where I realized I hurt my knee. Had to call it quits after one more set

Only got 3 reps with 145 then decide to limp my ass out of the gym and get in the hot tub. Getting that squat PR felt awesome and all but my knee is jacked up.

One of the breakfast burritos I made earlier. Large flour tortillas heated in a pan, 10 eggs(natural free range), 8 strips of bacon, half pound of beef with taco seasoning, one garden fresh tomato, iceberg lettuce and some mild taco sauce. Delicious and they had me stuffed.

HS wide chest is one of my all time favorite movements. I run CagedFreak's system on it, here's how it would be structured for your weights:

20 reps 1 plate
3 sets of 15-20 reps 2 plates
Failure on 3 plates drop to 2 for failure and 1 for failure (I'd do this twice).
