What temp do you heat? And how long? I heard 200 degrees for 15 minutes for 50mls. Any suggestions?
 
I used to bake
In oven in 03 and double boiled two times right before I stopped brewing ..
I started back up year ago double boiling so I'm not sure what temperature but just heat enough so you mix and it's nice and clear then cool enough to filter ..

The filter and BA will take care of sterility ...

Test Enanthate

Powder: 10 grams
Produces: 40 ml @ 250 mg/ml

Requirements:

· 10 grams testosterone enanthate

· Benzyl Alcohol 2ml 5% BA

· 30.5 ml sesame oil

· Syringes 3cc & 5/10cc

· 18 or 20 gauge needles

· Vial

· Sterile Vial

· Whatman sterile filter


Procedure:

· measure 10 grams of powder

· place the powder in the vial

· add BA to the vial

· heat the oil in a suitable container in the oven to a minimum of 212 degrees F to sterilise it (it will likely be necessary to use slightly more oil than listed as you will not be able to utilise all of it)

· add the oil to the vial but save 2 ml of oil in the syringe for later

· gently shake the vial.

· reheat the mixture if necessary by placing the vial in a frying pan and place it on the eye of the stove

· place an 18 or 20 gauge needle in the sterile vial and attach the Whatman sterile filter

· place another needle in the sterile vial to relieve the pressure

· draw out the solution with a syringe and run it though the Whatman filter

· take the other syringe with 2 ml of oil (saved previously) and run it through the Whatman filter into the solution.

trenbolone

Powder: 10 grams
Produces: 100 ml @ 100 mg/ml

Requirements:

· 10 grams trenbolone

· 87.5 ml sesame oil

· Benzyl Alcohol 5 ml 5% BA

· Syringes 3cc & 5/10cc

· 18 or 20 gauge needles

· Vial

· Sterile Vial

· Whatman sterile filter


Procedure:

· place the powder in the vial

I used to copy and paste a lot when I first got on the boards..
I got yelled at for not adding the fact it was a quote and noting the person who wrote it lol

Now I just quote myself .
Because I'm always right now so why quote anyone else o_O
 
20% BB 2% BA is pretty standard. If you look at Pharm grade they are 20% BB and around 1% (Watson 0.9%) BA. Remember that Pharm grade is made is a sterile environment so their BA content can afford to be lower than homebrew, unless you can create that environment wherever you're brewing. Pharm grade also uses cottonseed oil but I prefer grapeseed.
 
Pharmaceuticals use cheap oils .. Peanut and cottonseed..

As long as you're not dropping anything in the vial, it doesn't matter whether it's pharmaceutical grade or home brew .. the BA at 1% is fine but 2% and 3% doesn't hurt ..

Remember that a lot of drugs are bottled overseas ..
Was it the statin drug from an American pharmacy that had pieces of glass in it when coming from their overseas plant?

I'd rather brew it myself just knowing that quality is no longer number one above money .. or saving of money

Solid points... at 2% BA there's still virtually no PIP so I tend to run on the side of caution and go ahead with that. It's hard in the kitchen to keep the enrivonment as sterile as I'd like. Lol
