A little about me, I have been lifting for 9 and a half years the first 8.5 of which was all natural I only have 2 complete cycle under my belt this is my third and am pretty stoked for it. I'm right around 66.5-67 inches tall and 183 this morning post poop and 188 ish at night. I'm guessing 7-8% bf I like to try and compete at bodybuilding but simply lack the size to really compete. I did go the e-cup this year but was 1 place out of first call out. I will post more beginning pics later but here is one of me after shoulders at the end of the day at the beginning of the cycle

What made you post this here? Also do you have before bloods? Did you test gear? What made you post this here? Did you labmax? Are you planning on getting mid cycle bloods? What made you post this here?
You quoted yourself. Im assuming from another board. What kind of "deals" (besides your already free gear) are you getting for spamming boards with your log? And where are your bloods? What made you post this here? Why should people on Meso trust your log / reviews?

I am a regular on another board and got offered the opportunity to run a pharmacom log. I usually work12-14 hours a day and still try to bodybulid and do everything else on my own. So apparently copying and pasting a first semi in depth intro which takes me a lot of time since I do everything from my phone is against the rules. I didn't read that in any of the stickies btw. Not trying to spam anything either, thanks though[emoji107]Yes, i will be doing bloods as well. Really warming/welcoming community here at meso [emoji19].

Meso is a fairly warm and welcoming place, assuming you introduce yourself properly and have something positive to add to the community. Our community has been plagued by frauds, scammers, liars and shills. We are overly sensitized to posts such as yours because of that. Many members will either call you a shill or imply you were sent good gear SOLELY under the knowledge you will publicly post reviews. I'm not saying that's the case, but many will believe it to be true, and they're justified in their beliefs. I really don't know what the situation is, or if you're even a real person.

Quite frankly I am shocked @Darius PharmacomStore is sponsoring a log here, he knows how it works. His incentivized program to run tests and bloods I thought was enough to motivate people to run and test his products. This log will tempt new members, and push veterans away from the products. I'm curious to see his response to this.

I do like the artwork in the background of your photo, you really nailed the realism on that dick, so thank you for that.

I believe members would've preferred to have seen a log by a member they know and trust performed on purchased products (unbeknownst to the source prior to running the log).

Either way, I hope this cycle works out for you. I, personally, have been happy with the products Darius has sent me, and will continue to use him for Test E and EQ for a while.

You are totally correct. I should have done a proper introduction in the new members forum/sub forum. That is my bad and I makes me feel fairly uneducated(rookie maneuver)

Being a veteran on another forum. I know the regulars there and the type of information they hold. In a community/lifestyle where knowledge is power. I think it's cool to take different peoples bro science/experiences to help me make more educated guesses to help me through this journey.

I do apologize if I stepped on anybody's toes and offended anybody. I am just keeping a record of what I feel, is some of the best gear I have taken. I hope my post didn't come off as aggressive or trying to put you down, as I wasn't. I was merely explaining what to expect here, and why we have the feelings we do.

But, you are a veteran, so you get it. We've all been burned in the past. I don't think Darius is a fraud or a scammer, so I'm not particularly worried about this log. It's the logs that're for labs that we don't know, and members we didn't know existed, that are really iffy.

I have been practicing archery religiously for the last 6nmonths and am on my way to go big game hunting for the first time in my life. So in have been freaking out about calories but I got it all figured out. So the next 5 days will be mostly cardio. I brought some bands to try and do stuff during the day if it gets too hot to hunt. Should be able to update in the evenings

Sometimes to switch shit up I do the CT fletcher biceps curls-

Way easier on a cable curl.

Do 10 sets of 10 reps, no rest, and keep alternating the weight. I don't even look at the stack. You'd be surprised how much you can lift if you don't know what it weighs, the mind is a real morherfucker.

Well I am back from 7 days in the woods doing MASSIVE amounts of hiking and being the ectomorph I am I was super worried about how much weight I lost. I was surprised when I came home to see that I only lost 2 pounds. Surprising after surviving on snickers trail mix and beef jerky primarily. I actually got in late last night and did a chest workout i actually matched a pr and pushed 325 on bench. Feels soon good to be back in civilization. On my way to crush some back

Lat pull down 135x 15x 4 sets

Cable pullovers 120x 15x 4 sets

Hs rows 90 ea side x 15x 4 sets

T-bar rows 90x 2 sets

Back is absolutely crushed today
