WWYD w/ the Following Goals? - 2nd Cycle

Hey Guys - I was hoping to get some opinions on what you would stack if these were your goals:

Primary Goal: Reduce BF to ~8% Range
Secondary Goal: Gain additional LBM / ideal weight for me would be 170-180lbs for my height.

Age: 35
Height: 5'6"
Weight: 165lbs
BF: 16%
Gene Type: ASIAN (It's hard as hell for an Asian guy to get big and strong naturally imo)

My plan was to run:
Week 1&2
Test P @ 750mg/week (250mg MWF)

Week 3-10
Test E @ 750mg/week (750mg T & Th)

Week 11-12 (250mg MWF)
Test P @ 750mg/week

Week 1-12
50mg/Day Anavar
50mg/Day Winstrol
HCG 500iu E3D
Arimidex on hand 0.5mg E2-3D

PCT:
HCG 1000iu E3D x 10
On the 10th HCG start SERMs
Clomid - 100mg/day x 6 weeks
Nolva - 40mg/day x 6 weeks

Macro Diet Plan:
300g protein
50-100g carbs
50-75g fat

Training would be 7x per week, M-F 2x Daily & Sat n Sun would only be 1x.

I've been interested in adding in NPP to the mix but just wanted to make sure all the compounds so far would play nice with each other. Do you all have any suggestions?

2 questions...
  1. E2D pinning schedule, if you start on Mon, the following pin would be Wed, then Fri. In my research so far, I haven't been able to find an answer as to why the next pin would restart on Monday again instead of Sun, Tues, Thurs, Sat.
  2. Arimidex - should it be taken as part of cycle or only when you experience Gyno?

Interesting, Asian is now a gene type as well as a type of cuisine....lol.

You're training a lot if gaining lean mass and/or cutting fat are your main goals.
 
heh - I threw it in there as I was expecting people to suggest that with my goals I should just focus more on the diet and not bother with AAS.

As for training would it be advisable if I back off a bit?

I would think so. 4-5days is plenty. All you're doing at that point is burning calories that could have went towards building more mass.
 
Def. start the test e at week 1 too. And lower the test p dose.

Thanks! I didn't know that you can can use both compounds at the same time...

Couple of followup questions:
1. Is running 2 weeks of Test P sufficient for Test E to kick in?
2. If it's a 12 week cycle do I then drop Test E w/ Test P? for the remaining 2 weeks?

I haven;t been able to find any realy goo threads but can Dbol be stacked with Anavar? does it even make sense to?

I would do an EQ only cycle. 340g protein everyday, 50g carbs pre and 50g carbs post workout, 100g fat everyday, not with your carbs. training should be like this example.

Sunday- chest
Monday- shoulders
Tuesday- back
Wednesday- bi's/tri's
Thursday- rest
Friday- legs
Saturday- rest
 
Don't do clomid for 6 weeks, especially at 100 mgs. You might go crazy.. I know I would. Do it at 100 mgs for the first week, then 50 for three more than stop it.
 
First cycle? What's your training history look like?

Am I reading correctly that you want to stack winny and var for 12 weeks? That would be inadvisable.

If you are kickstarting with an oral, I would skip the prop kickstart. Save it till the end, and drop the test e 3 weeks out so you can pct faster.

All other advice has been solid too. Definitely need to scale back that schedule. You're running yourself into the ground like that.
 
Op, you need to know whatyou aredoing first. Running that much test is not advisable unless is not you first cycle. Also cycle history if an, nedds to be disclosed so that we can help you. Lastly more is not better most of the time. Your diet and trainibg will dictate your growth. Please respond

750 per week is ok.
 
Opinions are like assholes everybody's got one. I was merely pointing out for a first cycle as a beginner is NOT ok. Again we don't know if it is a first or not and judging by his anavar and winstrol breakdoown he has no clue or maybe you are the one who doesn't have a clue. Either way good luck to you two.
 
Hey Guys - Thanks for the response.

I've been training since my mid 20's until now. The last 5 years I've been doing Crossfit, and not much lifting at all, but as of March 2015 I started weight training again.

This would be my 2nd cycle, 1st cycle I went balls to the wall and did Test, Tren, Anavar, & Winstrol. (Stupid? Yes... Worth it? IMO yes)

As for running Anavar + Winstrol for 12 weeks, yes that was original plan, and I've read in a lot of threads that 6-8 weeks at most, just wanted to get people's opinion on cycle length of those 2 orals.

I suppose at the end of the day, what will dictate dosages and length will be BW? Which I intend to get Pre, Mid, and Post to monitor all the levels.

I don't plan on starting a cycle until Jan 1, 2016 but wanted to start figuring out what the next cycle will be.

I'm still clueless on what I am doing and in no way saying I know any better, so any and all advises are greatly appreciated.
