Dumsta and Rocco hit it hard

We decided to ramp things up a bit and start hitting the gym harder. Dumsta did an 18 mile run in 3 hours. So congratulations is in order for that. Now it's time to work on the lifting. There will not be any detailed daily logs or chemical lists(because we don't do illegal things) but will list blood levels at some point because both of us are doing HRT. The goal is to list PR as we achieve them and then after photos.

I never posted my stats and goals so I will now

I am 53 years old, 6'0" and currently 230lbs approx 17%bf. The heaviest I have ever been was 318lbs and the lightest was 8lbs 6oz but that was a long time ago. My goal is to get strong and look strong. I want the best of both worlds so I try to hit the gym seven days a week, but at least six and some times 9 with extra work outs at night.<---except that has come to a screeching halt. I do one heavy low rep and one lighter HIIT workout per body part each week. Legs are the only body part that only gets hit once a week on Monday(or if I have a secrete agenda I make believe it's leg day). I just upped my calorie intake from 2700 cals to 3500 cals per day. 350 protein 300 complex carbs and 100 fat. I track it very precisely. The calories will get adjusted as I see or don't see results.

I think @Dumsta Baby should post her own stats and goals because if I post them for her they would simply be- Stats: Smokin' Hot / Goals: To hang out with the coolest guy in the gym.
