I'm new here. Just saying hi. I'm a former prohormone user now going to the dark side because the law made me an outlaw.
Background:
Been seriously lifting for over 18 years now and I love it! It's a part of my life. I could not live without it. When I miss a workout I feel guilty and very down. I love the pump I get after a workout. It's like having sex with a women. It's a great great feeling. Most people head for the bar after work. I head for the gym. No regrets.
Stats: 44, 6 ft, Currently at 205lb and 14% bodyfat.
Goals: Lose fat. Gain muscle. Simple.
I take a simple approach when it comes to training. I use no fancy rep schemes, training splits, hypertrophy, upper, lower, etc...
I take a bodypart. I train it hard and move on. I use mostly free weights, love dumbells, go heavy, like volume, and make sure I get proper nutrition and rest. Everything else takes care of itself.
