What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

Baked King salmon with butter n brown sugar, and 2 cups of steamed white rice.
Part way through eating this I had to dish up the kids so I sat my plate on the couch and ran in the kitchen....... my dog decided to devour my entire plate before I even finished dishing up my first kid lol.

Meal 1 4am 4 eggs, cup whites, cup oats, Pb, chocolate syrup

Not a bad price for 10 of them and they will fit my lunch cooler or in my gym bag perfectly.

Used the Amazon app right from my phone :)
I found them when I was reording my Flavor God seasoning (by the way, if you guys haven't tried them, holy shit).... It was meant to be :D
 
And make sure you got some of this on hand!

At Target there are dried cranberries That say in Green on the front 50 percent less sugar. The regular ones have 2 g dietary fiber, 34 carbs, and 30 sugar per 1/4 cup. But the 50 percent less sugar is the best. IT has 34 g carbs, 10 G of FIBER!, 14 g sugar per 1/4 cup. It's legit. 120 calories per 1/4 cup. The only food I have ever seen with that much fiber that isn't a vitamin poweder like our pick.
