Tren a cycle

Hello my fellow meso members. I thought that I should log my cycle from DYEL gear.
The cycle will be 10weeks
Week 1-10 test e 250mg
Week 1-10 Tren a 100mg ed

Goal is to lean bulk and don't say you cannot because it a all in the diet.
2800 calories a day
320 grams of protein a day
150 grams of carbs a day
Minimal fat intake except for healthy fats.
Meals will be 4 medium sized meals and 2 protein shakes

Work out plan
Day 1
-Chest
-triceps
-shoulders

Day 2
-back
-biceps
-forearms

Day 3
-All lower body

Day 4
-abs
-cardio
-rest

Start from day one again

What do you all think? I have always ran tren e never tren a. What should I expect?
 
Also I'd run ur test 1- 2 weeks past the tren. Don't wanna just pin prop if ur pinning the tren ed anyways. ... ?

Ok just wasn't sure cuz u said lean bulker and I'm wondering if those cal are gonna cut it. Hope it goes great for you.

Thank you for the concern I might go up to 3000 calories and if seems to small of calories I will up them to 3500 calories
 
I do apologize for the late start but my source that I originally was receiving my gear hasn't been in touch with me for personal reasons. So I went with a local source even though it's a bit more pricy.
Day number 1
150mg of tren a
250mg of test e
Nothing other than a small amount of pip

Day 2
100mg of TNE 1 hour before hitting the gym
Decent pumps and slight increase in aggression

Day 3
150mg of tren a

Muscle look a bit fuller a few people at the gym were telling me I look bigger than usual. Also I would like to add my muscle felt pumped and stayed pumped for about 2 hours after workout.

Day 4
100mg of TNE one hour before the gym

Today was leg day
I took the shot 1 hour and 30min before the gym. Once injected I felt a since of well being and high aggression to the point where I couldn't wait to hit the gym. Pump was decent not bad but not amazing like when tren has kicked in all the way. Squats went up 20lb nothing super impressive but I've only been on for 4 days. Can't wait for tomorrow shot of tren a.

Weight is about the same up 2lb but that can just be the food.
 
Today today is day 11 and I can feel the tren a kicking in finally. I couldn't handle the pip the tren a from my local source was giving me so I ordered from 24k pharma. I did 100mg yesterday and another 100mg today. My appetite is crazy I can't seem to eat enough no matter how hard I try. My rule is if I'm hungry to eat but eat clean yet 1 or 2 hours later I am starving again. The pumps are getting a lot more intense and feel great. My motivation to workout is out of this world, as I sit here writing this I want to go begin my chest and shoulder workout. I am up 4lb but once again lots of food so I'm guessing it's water weight or fat. Now for strength anyone who has run tren know that when it kicks in you become like the hulk. My bicep curls went up 20lb in a week and it's only the beginning.

Now for the sides
I could not sleep for shit last night I would wake up about every hour because I felt it was way to hot.

Lots of sweating at night when I sleep.

None ending hunger

My cardio endurance is shit now I walk up stairs and feel out of breath but I'm still doing an hour of cardio a day.

I can't wait to see the end results of this cycle

Plan to finish at 192lb 7% body fat
I'm 5'5 so that's enough for me haha

Day 12
I've been running tren a at about 600mg a week 100mg e/d since 3 days ago. Even though I have been eating around 4000 calories a day I seem to be losing far as my mid section is starting to look lean and show my abs again. I've gone up 5lb but lost fat, I'm not complain this is why I love tren. My muscles feel harder and look fuller, this girl I'm talking to kept pressing on my biceps then would giggle. I swear that girl smell the tren as I'm being hit on left and right. I'm not complain on that either.

Now for the bad news...
I'm think of lowering my does to 75mg every day as the sides are getting pretty intense. The night sweat have stopped but I cannot sleep for more than an hour before waking up for no reason. My aggression is pretty high as it's been pointed out by some fellow co-workers and a close friend that knows I am on. I am a very calm person in general nothing bothers me or pisses me off and if it does I just walk away. But, for the last 5 days I snap so easy it's not even funny. Shit a girl that usually flirt with me at work was messing around and I told her to cut that shit out.

The no sleep is slowly effecting my workouts as I was tired to put in 200% today at the gym.

Any advice my friends? I usually run tren e and it's a lot easier and less side than tren a

Tren acetate is no joke. When I see guys who post 100-150mg ED or EOD, I'm incredulous. Not that I do not believe them, I am just surprised that they can handle the sides at that dose. In the past, I have done 75 mg EOD with great results and little sides but anything more and it interferes with my sleep and causes to much aggression. I should note that 'great results' is a relative phrase. For me, I added some LBM and lost fat along the way while getting stronger.
 
I either have my appetite suppressed or I have that never satisfied feeling where I can eat every 30 minutes on Tren.... It's weird but I hope the cycle goes well!

I think it's time for an update.
I decided to man up and run the tren a at 100mg ed like planned for 8-10weeks.

My strength has gone up significantly in all my lifts. Chest is up about 35lb, squats is up about 60lb, dead lift is up 50lb.

My appetite is almost none existing but I have been forcing myself to eat around 3000 calories a day.

I've been doing cardio for a minimal of 30mins a day to speed up the fat loss process.

Now for the gains
I have gained a total of 5lb so far but I have lost a decent amount of fat. My muscles are harder and fuller while getting more and more vascular by the day. I can't wait for week 4 when the result start to be even more visible in the mirror.

One the I would like to add is that the tren a is messing with my moods hard. I'm not the jealous type but damn I get jealous over the stupidest things. Luckily I know it's the tren and don't say shit. My anger out of the world but I have been controlling that a lot better. I just tell my self I don't care and it usually works.

I guess I'm just a big pussy, but anything more than 75mg EOD is way to much for me. I tried 100mg for ED for about 4 days in a row. That's all it took for me to realize less is better when dealing with tren. Literally within 4 days my muscles were fuller and I had a pump in my traps and forearms when I wasn't even at the gym. By day 2 my sleep was majorly compromised and the smallest things would irk me. Quality of life is important to me, so I dropped it down to 75mg EOD and the gains never stopped until the cycle was over. I would like to think I'm a great responder to tren, but in all honesty, tren is a very potent compound and everyone should have great results. Keep us posted and be sure to get blood work following your cycle.

Day 30
Time for an up date
The gains of this cycle so far are amazing. I no longer fit in my normal or I get told my coworkers that my cloths seems to be getting smaller. Also the girls commenting on how I'm the biggest guy doesn't hurt. My strength and muscle endurance has increased significantly. The anger and jealousy is still there but I keep reminding myself it's the 700mg a week running through my muscles. Usually helps and makes me laugh... I did not take my weight today but I will do it tomorrow. I have been doing 4 days split
Chest and shoulders
Back and abs
Legs
Arms
Off
Repeat

Everyday includes a minimal of 1 hour of intense cardio which usually involves hiking which ends up being 2 hours of cardio.

I have gained some fat but I have been eating a bit unhealthy the last week and I upped my calorie intake to 5000 calories because of the none ending hunger and to increase my gains. Hopefully the increased cardio will help lose the rest of the fat in the next 6 weeks before I end my cycle I want to be at 8% bodyfat
 
I would like to add the the tren insomnia is hitting hard I'll fall asleep at 2am and I'll be up at 5am sweating and fully rested. So I'm taking Benadryl to help me sleep once I wake up. But, that usually only last for an extra 2-4 hours of sleep.
