Test E Only 12 Week Cycle (Please Critique)

Hey Guys,

So I have been looking for a decent forum to get some constructive feedback. Chose this one after reading a thread on here where a bunch of guys had a laugh about the sarm pushers on other forums (which I had interaction with when posting on another forum).

Me in numbers:
Age: 21
Height: 182cm (6ft)
Weight: 77kg (170 pounds)
Fat%: Calipers say 15%, Scale says 18% (Not sure which to trust)

My history, So I have always been a dumb kid who took shit without guidance just wanting to get big. I have had anyone tell me what was right or wrong and what could happen.
When I was 15 I took dbol for a month, no idea how much. Then a bit later on the same year I took dodgy capsules with "19-nor" on the bottle (Could have been flour in the capsules for all I know). All this resulted in me having mild permanent gyno.
At the beginning of this year I did a TestE/Dbol cycle with Nolva as PCT (Didn't PCT properly and lost everything). So all in all I have a pretty shitty history and have done a lot of dumb things. I don't deny it and am happy to admit I have f*cked up a lot.

So why do it again? Well I am impatient and an idiot.... This time at least I know my shit (somewhat) I have put a lot of time studying well everything, I am fairly confident in what i am doing and I know whats right and wrong, safe and unsafe. I know I am young but as I said I am impatient. I am a hard gainer (I know some like to say they don't exist but I eat a good diet and train 5 days a week and barely ever change, up or down).

Ok end of boring about me essay.

Week 1-12 Test E 500 Mg (250mg on Monday 250mg on Friday)
Week 1-12 Arimidex 0.5mg EOD

Week 14-18 Clomid 100/100/50/50
Week 14-18 Nolva 40/40/20/20

Diet and workout plan I put together myself so tell me if I have made any mistakes please.

Hoping for some constructive criticism, what am I doing right? What am I doing wrong? Thanks in advance.

I plan on starting on the 1st November.
 
First of all youre 6 ft and 170 lbs. You should be bigger. Eat a lot more calories. 3200 is not enough.
2nd, why are you pulling your pants down in your picture to post on a forum full of dudes? Thats super gay! Because of that I wont help you.

Wasn't taken for the purpose of sharing with dudes :), but since my colleagues might have a problem with me whipping off my shirt and snapping a pic right now it's all I have. If it's so offensive I'll take another tonight :rolleyes:

Seth, lay off the gear, you will fuck yourself up bad, if you havent already. You have a nice low bodyfat, got some muscles, build from there naturaly, you can still do so much with just training and dieting. When you are in your 30's think about gear if you really want to. Just my opinion, please dont think i am just trying to be a wise guy.

Okay serious question why is it considered so bad to juice when you're young, when so many people look up to guys like Arnold, who started super young?
 
If your serious about this and you have legit gear and you're willing to put in the time and effort then go for it but I would say wait until you're older but you probably won't so...

There are lots of reasons to wait until you're older. You haven't fully developed yet, you are too small, you can gain a lot naturally without gear, if you look like that after 2 previous cycles (and 6 years minimum lifting) your workout routine and diet are shit, the list goes on.

Your last 2 cycles were fucked up if you still look that? (no offence) You need to eat way more, i'm 5'6 and eating at least 3500. You need at the very least 1.5g of protein per body weight in lbs. I would say you need more fat in your diet. When I was looking to gain weight fast I would drink lots of milk. Try and get in half a gallon a day if your struggling to eat lots. (milk doesn't work for everyone so take it or leave it).

I don't like your workout routine at all but if it works for you then great.

Drop nolvadex and just use clomid for PCT.

Start taking ADEX when signs of gyno arise - you may be fine and not get any. Dose 0.5mg every 3 days and go from there. You may need to up it you may be fine. Aromasin would probably have been better.

If you have 3 vials of 10ml at 250mg/ml then run it for 15 weeks.

Start PCT 2 weeks after last pin.

This is just a little summary, you could do with some more research on your own back, and take what I have said with a pinch of salt, these are just my opinions.

Thanks for the feed back. As I mentioned above I would consider myself a hard gainer, and yes your right my other cycles have been complete failures other than some fat I don't have anything left from them. I don't take offense at all you're completely right and I posted here wanting feedback like this :). Don't forget my last cycle was recent but the one before was 6 years ago, after which I broke my collar bone and never trained for 6 months.

You said the same as the other guys, I need to eat more but how much? Calorie calculators put me at 2800 to gain (which I know is way to low) so I have nothing to guide me other than what you guys say.... I will take up your milk suggestion because I do find it hard to force that much food down (and you guys are saying I need even more).

The routine is actually a new one I made up, I have been following a different one but thought I should use this as a chance to change up to shock my body. You can take a look at the other routine if you like?

Out of curiosity why drop the Nolva?
The Test (which I already have) is PGW Test E 3000mg/10ml so that works out to 12 weeks at 500 pw.
The reason for Adex on cycle is my pre exist gyno, rather safe than sorry.



Thanks for that, is interesting. However it is regarding teenagers, I am past that, yea I did it back then but I never knew what I was doing and had no guidance. I don't need to worry about my growth plates closing or anything like that. Yea the risk of shutting down natural production is worrying but it's a risk vs reward thing. Losing the chance to have kids, I have no interest in having kids. Besides this I don't smoke or drink at all (100% tea total) I do smoke weed but with vape as to not fuck up my lungs (and very rarely) So other than this I consider myself very healthy.

Honestly I would love to do blood tests to know where I am at right now, to know if I have fucked myself up already or not. But I wouldn't know where to go, and doubt I could afford it.
 
I used to consider myself a hard gainer until I started eating lots and drinking shit loads of milk. I drink minimum of 4 pints a day. 1 pint of full fat milk is around 320 calories and 20g protein.

I would say try to eat around 3000kcal and top up to 4000kcal with milk spaced throughout the day. You wont grow without the correct calories. 4000kcal may be too much but aim for that and adjust accordingly, you will notice if your putting on weight too quickly and can back it down.

I do a 5 day split and concentrate fully on each workout. Steroids increase the duration of protein synthesis so you should not need as much frequency per body part. (someone correct me if this is wrong).

Sorry I meant to say if you have 3 vials 10ml at 300mg/ml (which I have) make it easy on yourself and do 600mg for 15 weeks but I see you have 2 vials so stick with the dosing of 500mg week.

Clomid at 100/100/50/50 should be more than enough, keep nolva on hand just incase but you really shouldn't need it for that cycle. I'm running 600mg Test and Eq for 20 weeks and will just be using Clomid but I may use HCG.

Is it not more cost effective to eat more rice then that much milk? I know my diet is super low fat (I am pretty sure I under calculated for the mice) but I would be worried that I would be taking in to much fat with that much milk.

You would get more carbs and get the calories in but the reason I drink milk is because of the fat and the extra protein.

How many cals? As many as it takes. Might be 4000. Might be more. Eat and weigh, eat and weigh...

Jay is correct in that your just going to have to keep eating until you find what works.
 
Ok so diet has been uped. I also decided to go with 600mg a week (300x2) because it would be 1ml each time as apposed to 0.83ml o_O. This would mean 2 vials would last 10 weeks.

Two questions for the audience. Should I stick with 10 weeks or get a 3rd vial and go for 15 weeks?
Second question is, should I throw hCG into the mix? If so when should I start and end, and at what dose?
 
By my maths, the wastage from 10 draws out of a 10ml vial will be about 1ml. So a 15 week cycle is actually a 13 and a half week cycle.

My friend, you are 6ft 170lbs. What will steroids do for you when you can already gain 30-50 more pounds in around 2 years for you. Btw running a high dose of test at a high bodyfat means more estrogen conversion. Once that test converts to estrogen and the estrogen builds too high, then your cycle is pretty
Much wasted. You already made the same mistake twice and looks like youre gonna jump on again without putting in some work. And btw why does everyone compare themselves to arnold?? Youll never be arnold, you can only be yourself. Sure
Many guys run steroids at a young age but Most dont give a shit even if it kills them at age 40 or destroys their bodies as long as they win or look good. Some people are just like that. Im not saying thats how arnold was but many bodybuilders are like that now. Anyway you are most likely going to run it regardless so id drop test to around 300mg/Week and run Anavar at around 30mg/Day with it, or Masteron.
 
And Arnold was a bodybuilding COMPETITOR. COMPETITOR. COMPETITOR. I said it 3 times so it can go in your brain. Bodybuilding was not only their hobby but it was their job. They competed against the best and unfortunately at that level it requires a good amount of steroid usage. Not as much as most think but it still requires steroids. You just wanna look good. You can do that naturally and if you want you can run low doses once you feel your gains are slowly stopping. Make a goal to get to 220lbs+ by the end of next year naturally. If you cant commit yourself for that long without quitting, then i wouldnt even glance at steroids if i were you.
