Keeping first log on meso. Started cycle on monday. Original cycle was going to be test-e dbol and deca. Had some trouble getting deca so decided to go with tren-a for first time. Be my 4th cycle I have ran total. 2nd cycle was a bust I hurt my shoulder. So really 3 cycles I guess. I'm 5' 10" 193lbs 18% body fat, higher than I want but I'm okay with it.
Will be running pct-shop norma amps @500 a week. For first half then switch to pharmacom (frank)test-e second half. Pharmacom (frank) dbol @60 a week first 4 weeks. Then will run 24k tren-a starting on 4th week @75 Eod. Will see how long I run then tren-a. Will get bloods done on both test-e.

Started to get pumps last night from dbol. Which is good cause so many said pharmacom dbol was shit. Which I guess is still true cause I'm having to take 60 a day. Previous cycle 40 a day was murder. Starting with 3600 cals a day over 7 meals. 400 carb 300 protien rest is fat. Keeping diet clean as I can. Carbs mostly oatmeal whole grain breads and brown rice. I really don't want to put on any more fat. Perfect scenario would to actually drop a bit. But if I don't I'm not worried I can just drop it in the spring.

Not much to log so far. Other than I feel horrible and bloated. 2 hours between meals not enough time. Having to force feed myself. Chest is sore as hell dbol gave me a little kick and a pre workout shake gave me a little extra. Still ran out of gas at the end. I got 20 sets in on chest and biceps 15 of those to failure. Didn't finish all my ab workout. Will pick it up on off day maybe. Trying to do 3 on 1 off so I can get full body in X2 a week. Work schedule making that hard to do. I can't get in before work so trying to cram it all in after work.
 
if work is interfering with your workouts, just do a full body workout once a week or keep your workouts more concentrated. example

back day
shoulder day
bi's and tri's
leg day


you choose when you rest days are, but I would make them in between major muscle groups.
 
Well working out 1 group a week has been pretty good so far. Find I can really destroy a muscle group more than before. Think I over did chest big time tonight. Left them gym could barley shut my truck door.

10 days on pharacom dbol now. Back gets a little tight off and on. It's very minor but noticable. Could all be in my head. Started to get a uncontrollable thirst this week. No matter how much water I drink it's not enough. Seem a little bit more hungary last few days. Hoping by next week it kicks in with a vengence. Have my doubts however.
 
Oh and started to take some adex end of last week. Think I will back off of it for 3 days then pick it back up @.25 e3d. Or until start to notice I need it.

Why back off? Are having low estro signs? I run .25mg EOD when running 600mg test e. I suggest running about 12.5mg and slowly up the dosage as the longer esters reach peak levels

Shoulders feel a bit dry and feeling a bit sluggish/tired. I was trying some adex reasearch I picked up few months back. I ran it .5 Eod thinking it would be weak. I will start taking the pharmacy grade I picked up @.25 eod. Go up from that as I need it.
 
Well had the worst experience with a pin EVER!!!! I bought 18g needles to draw and 23g to pin with. they screwed up and gave me all 23. oh well I can make it work I guess. it just takes forever to draw with a 23. so anyways I have to warm up the amp first to speed up the process of drawing. well I got test drawn up put it in some hot water and let it set for 10 mins. I put a new needle on it and it was crooked as fuk. so I got a new one same shit. so then I had to transfer to a whole new syringe. well I fuked that up lost a half mil on the cabinet. so I just jacked some out of a pharamcom vial I had to make up the difference. put it back in the hot water and start all over. swapped out for a new needle and noticed that shit had air bubble like crazy in it. took forever to get them out actually was some still left whatever. So I went to pin gave it a push and that shit popped through my skin. it was fukn terrible at that point I just keep going with it. that was a massive mistake!!! I hit something made my leg flex like a bitch and jump a bit. I BROKE THE FUKN NEEDLE OFF IN MY LEG!!!! so I had to pull it out and start the fuk all over. got the 2nd attempt in like nothing and all was good. Today my leg feel like it was hit by a mac truck and im limping like a pimp.

on a Positive note. the pharamcom dbol is really giving me back pumps. uncomfortable all day long at this point. think I might start to take something for it cant really sit right. my wife said shoulders look bigger and Im up 6lbs. got some strength gains but that could just be from the jump in carbs and calories. hopefully next week I will start throwing shit around like nothing :p
 
Well things are going alright. Strength has gone up a little. Got some gains to speak of so far, up 11lbs.Ran out of taurine had to order some more online. So last 3 days been kind of uncomfortable. But No way I'm paying $18 for 50 1g pills at local health store. I got 5 bottles online for 19$ with free shipping. Will just tuff it out for now.
Sometimes I feel like I'm not getting enough done in gym. I just kinda run out of gas but Still getting sore. Have really been having trouble eating enough. I honestly want to vomit after about 3rd meal of the day. I actually cut back a hair. Pants be getting a little tight.
Start Hcg next week notice my boys not hanging as low as usual. Haha actually no my girl noticed for me. Kinda akward played with them for a bit then comments how they are getting smaller.
Will start tren-a on monday @75 eod. Little bit nervous never tried it. Kinda scared I might go bald or start kicking everyone's ass for no reason. But I have seen the results from it first hand. They are very impressive.
 
Just finished up 3rd week on dbol/test. Strength increase was noticed big time today. Did some cable pec fly machine for chest today. Did the whole fukn stack of 230 for reps of 8. Not sure what the weight realy is just says 230. Guy asked to work in with me. Fukn hate that guy. Spends the while time flexing in the mirrior. Like seriously bro get the fuck out my way and lift already. Anyway he walked around and went to ajust the weight and Said "goddamn." Kinda turned into a competition at that point. He has about 4" on me and about 30lbs. Well I won big time but I'm going to regret it tommrow for sure.
Did first pin of 24k tren a last night. No pip and actually was smooth as fuk. Hell better than the test e actually.
 
Gonna take a unscheduled day off from lifting today. I'm just so damn sleepy the last 10 days or so. When I go into workout out. It's balls to the wall and all good. But all day long I could just take a 4 hour nap at any point. Gonna sleep all night and day tommrow. Maybe see if that will help some. Hell I'm drinking 6 cups of coffee and that doesn't put a dent in it at all. Maybe just not getting enough sleep.
 
One week into my first tren exsperince. I noticed saturday I was easily irritated. My wife said I was being "aggresive" she really wasn't enjoying my company to much. But I was kinda piss cause I had to go out of town 3 days for work. Wasn't my month to be on call. So I wasn't happy about that. It's cold wet and raining here. I feel hot all day. When I sit or lay down my back and butt get hot. Have more energy but that could be from the 3 days off. 5 weeks on the test now. Will get bloods start of next week. Honestly not really expecting a great number to come back. Haven't been to horny and haven't had any back zits like normal. Not a big deal I guess cause the tren supposed to doing bulk of the work. I really want to start going in gym X2 a day. So I can do my 3 on 1 off. We shall see how that plays out. 5 on 1 off hasn't been all that bad actially. I'm not getting as sore anymore. Recovery is a little quicker I noticed.

Did get my first real compliment yesterday. Some at work said I was looking more muscular. My wife said that but she sees me naked all the time. Shirts getting snug around my shoulders and back. Few of my dress shirts I can't wear. Back is going to rip out of them if I put my hands togather out in front of me. Water weight is not to bad. Been throwing in whinny a little off and on to keep it down. All in all pretty good so far.

I took some measurements. No before and after pics I can see my progress as I go. Hell I hardly write down my sets I do. I found I lift more not keeping track. I found myself in the past. Getting a little gased out. Then looking back at strength gains. Then justify me not pushing out last rep or 2. Because I had made gains already. So now Just 100% every single time.
 
Yea I don't keep a workout log at all. Just go heavy as possible everytime. I took measurements but no pics to side by side, may do so this week.
 
Dude did you ever get the needle out of ur leg? Lol man fuck pinning quads i know some guys do it all the time with no prob but I'm not that guy. Do u think ur calories are high enough? I ask cuz I'm roughly ur size, 5'9 214 and under 4000 would never be enough for me, just sayin....
