Today was my first workout since my first shot on Wednesday due to work commitments. Got a decent session in and spent the morning feeling euphoric and giddy, had to contain myself. 
Some detail on food intake:
50grams of butter in coffee pre-workout.
10 eggs with liver (for electrolytes) and mozarella cheese post workout.
10 eggs with mozarella for lunch.
500Grams of steak with butter for dinner.
Gives me close to a 1:1 fat to protein ratio, with protein being around 250grams and puts me around 600kcal over maintenance.
