Cardio Blows

Who here Has some good ways to get through some cardio because I swear after like 15 minutes im ready to quit not due to fatigue but boredom lol
 
You need to be challenged in order to accomplish anything, you need to have the drive. You're gonna have to mess around with different means of cardio until you find your niche. I personally enjoy stair master and jump roping. Its not just turn it on and go, maybe the level setting can change the outlook on your cardio enthusiasm.

Regardless, effective cardio should not be easy. Boredom shouldn't be whats making you stop, it should be the weakness circulating in your mind telling you to stop when your body could actually physically keep going.
 
I don't do a lot of cardio but I find having the tv on mute and having to read sub-titles makes time fly by. Sounds odd but try it.
 
Prop your phone up on the tredmill an watch a movie;):D

Try HIIT too if you hate LISS. If you're bored with HIIT, you aren't doing it right. Agony sure, boredom no. . .

Just got through rewatching breaking bad on Netflix. Time speeds by with good shit to watch.

Youtube. I watch all kind of shit on YT. Omarisuf, Mark Bell, George Leeman etc. Time goes by faster
Lol Thats exactly what I was getting at with my above post^^^ Ill put on some kind of bodybuilding tutorial from youtube that lasts 15-30mins or ill just blast out to some pandora with it set to the heavy metal station on my lil pink speaker:oops:...an dont you dare laugh fuckers:D :)(even though its funny as hell anyways:p) its my fiancés:rolleyes:....I swear;):cool:.....bahaha:):D;):cool::p
 
I read meso on the treadmill or I'll do my meal plan for the day or read one of my PLing books. Recently have had someone to talk to while on the treadmill which is alright and keeps me at the pace of 135-140bpm
 
I cant do treadmill for more then 10 minutes do to shin pumps. So I rotate. Usually 10 minutes on bike, then 10 minutes on treadmill then 10 minutes on bike and last 10 minutes on staristepper.
 
My cardio is once a day I make sure I am on top when me and my wife are having sex. The only problem is it can go from anywhere from 2 -20 minutes. What ever the time is good enough for me. Then any other time we do it through our the day I don't care about position. That is why I love cardio

You've got to be in the same mindset when doing cardio, as if you're doing squats. Kill it... Go 20-30min as hard as you can go.
