U 2 are the first ones on my list of...Most Important People to Meet...when I get outta this god forbidden place. Its a nice place to live if you have money or your retired but when it comes to raising a family while struggling, its not the best place to be. If it weren't for my Mom being in the health she is, we would be outta here. Moe ain't got nobody but me an the kids. The rest of my family that is here are fuckin druggies an bad people that I hardly ever associate with or want to for that matter.

Started out with leg curls for a change

Leg curls 90x10 ( 6 sets )= 60 reps
Leg ext
130x12
140x12
165x12
185x10
205x10
215x10
225x10

245x10----------------whole stack

= 106 reps
That was pretty intense. 30 second rest between sets

Standing calf raise 200x20 ( 4 sets )

Other random stuff
Figured I'd get a chest pump in. Nothing special here
Pec dec
110x10 ( 5 sets )

Some forearm work
Reverse curls 8 sets @ 60lb = 76 total reps

Chest primed for Tuesdays chest day :)
Body is feeling pretty anabolic right now. Not a waisted dragged down feeling. Hungry and feeling pretty fit actually.

Let's hope the Packers get back on track today. Got the lowly lions on tap:confused:

11/17/15 Tuesday CHEST & BICEPS

First day of my training is Tuesday each week. Monday is the only planned off day. I'm getting stronger. The food is still lowish about 3500. Until I start getting ramped up I'll slowly increase cals. My body is visibly holding the pump and I'm looking fuller from the more frequent work outs.


Blackened is the end friends...

CHEST
■Incline barbell press
135x15, 185x8, 225x5, 225x6, 225x6, 225x6 = 46 reps

■incline dumbbell press ( 15 degrees )
55x14, 55x14, 55x11 +4 REPS EACH SET = 39 reps

■machine press
205x10, 205x8, 205x7 = 23 reps

■Pec dec
120x14 x 3 sets + 5 lb & 2 reps each set = 42 reps

CHEST TOTAL REPS 150 REPS

BICEPS
■Cable curls
90x12x3 sets , 90x10 = 46 reps
Elbows up squeeze at top

■Machine preachers
80x8, 65x8x5 sets = 48 reps

BICEPS TOTAL REPS = 94

Bicep work was done with 30 sec rest between sets as I was running out of time. This morning I woke up at 0300 to a SIGNIFICANT WEATHER EVENT. Protected my family until it had passed. Looks like it had done some damage. Once it left I went to the gym :)

So tomorrow is my favorite day...back day. I'll be hittin it hard. Then my youngest has his birthday. The mofo turns 4! Damn it:confused: he'll be in school next year and we just got him completely potty trained. No more diapers :)
Looks like trukker and trukkers wife and kids are going to a frozen themed festival. He loves that Elsa chick and roller skating party after. Imagine me on roller skates:oops:

Ha be careful on the skates bro. We're not young like we used to be and our families are screwed if we get hurt. My whole burn situation has got me looking at things a little differently. Ok it's got me thinking more like a pussy. Anyway enjoy the fam but just remember alcohol and skates is probably a really bad idea. Ha damn I'm getting old. I used to fuck on the roof of a moving van.

You sure lived on the knife's edge a good while brother and it took your accident there to change your perspective lol.

How's the arms btw? Just wrap them in gauze along with antibiotic cream then for the pain I've taken ibuprofen. I've done that after getting my own forearms severely burned when working in a restaurant

Nah I calmed down a few years back. Broken jaw, 4 screws holding a knuckle together and many scars will do that.

Burn is healing. Today is day 8 and I finally went to the doc yesterday which was awesome cause she hit on me hard and played with my arms a little to much to check my BP. She actually took it 3x cause she kept saying it was high but her final reading was normal. Anyway I'm hoping to be back in the gym next week but that might be pushing it.

Ya, I've also been there and done that myself. Good you've come along quite well and moving forward.

Haha nice to have a female doc, and my new dentist is female so she took a real shine to me as well, as she goes to the gym I trained at :)

And today I had my teeth deep cleaned...that was so brutal though lol

Good to see you went to the doc brother. Next time get oiled up before you go in there and get HER blood pressure up. Just don't put her on the roof of a moving van. I'm envious of that shit; I'm sitting here wondering how in the fuck that didn't make it on my bucket list!
