Post A Pic Of Your Dream Car

1965 427 AC Cobra is my dream car.
I've had 67 Fastback, 67 mustang coupe, 69, 70, 71 & 72 Chevelles, 67 Camaro, two 72 Novas, 69 Elcamino SS396 and some others. Restoring old cars used to be a hobby of mine. But I never could afford the Cobra [emoji20]
Maybe one day [emoji4]

I've helped with a few LS1 swaps and they're cool but not my cup of tea. Give me an RB, an EJ, or even a rotary and let me tinker.
We use LS3's controlled by an LS1 computers in all our swaps. You can get over 500hp easily and use a manual throttle body. Currently building a 505hp Mazda Miata with that set up. It should be a quick little car when it's done.

Yes that's the old stand bye. GM swap in everything. Gets so played out. Not that their bad plants not at all. Just old hat by now. I've seen jeeps on the trail defiled by a Chevy engine, a international on the trail yes you guessed it a Chevy pushrod under the hood and the worst yet a Ford built with a Chevy power plant. Ugh. No one likes a challenge any more...

I like my motor swaps like I like my woman, cheap and easy

What's the build for?

Fast street cars. Also run Pro SCCA and club racing with NASA. I don't drive, I keep the car running on track days
Cool. You guys choose that engine for reliability reasons? I always figured a light car like that would lose a lot of the handling characteristics putting a heavy motor like that in. Why not a turbocharged Mazda engine? Make good power and be lighter.

the LS is the best dollar to hp ratio. It is not being built to handle, it is just being built as an insane street car. With a five speed and a gear ratio that makes first gear usable the top speed should be off the charts. OGH, I will PM a picture of the firewall mods tomorrow so you can gage if it is something you would want to try.

Cool Ralph ; back in the 90"s I was putting Vette tuned port motors into S-10 pick-ups . The V-8 Miatas got my interest up , same power to weight ratio , they really move (poor mans Cobra/Viper)....

Bet driving that souped up little thing would be a real rush :)

Jeep SRT8
70,000 not custom. 100,000 custom. I will have one for sure.
I would customize it a little too.
Love jeeps. Getting Jeep liberty. Had a Jeep Grand cherokee laredo v8.
