I am a new member looking for some guidance from the experienced. I am 28, 6ft, 195lbs. Been lifting my whole life but I have been plateauing for awhile now and starting to feel like I am not in my twenties any longer. I did a cycle of 100mg test prop eod on a deployment a few years back and am thinking to repeat that (open to suggestions but I'd like to keep it simple.) I've been looking at some online overseas sources (I hail from the U.S.A.) and welcome advice on that aspect as well.
