If you compete in a Power lifting comp and do push/pull you will have to perform both on the same day. Do you then do both movements during your workouts on the same day in preparation? Just wondering

That's because you are a Power Lifting maniac. Do normal people do that?I've squatted, benched, and deadlifted in the same day.
I don't think anyone that knows me irl considers me normal, but I squat, press, power clean, bench, and deadlift in the same workout all the time, so I'm sure you'll be fine doing just those 2.That's because you are a Power Lifting maniac. Do normal people do that?

I squat, deadlift, bench press, clean, do lounges, dead lift again, shoulder press, do dips, do abs, 4 miniute plank, squat again, 1 hr of cardio, then run home. That's only my AM lift...You should see my PM session.
