God Bless Texas. I have been driving by this place every day for 6 months. I'm kicking my self in the ass for waiting so long to eat here.

Awe man it was BBQ done right. The flavor was amazing. I tasted maple and a hint of lemon. Never thought about adding lemon juice to my meat but it was awesome. Just an old small smokehouse restaurant that was est. in 1947. Ended up getting me some bread puddin to. :)
 
I think we should all be concerned with what happened over at the Pct-shop thread ; he just put up someones address & personal info because they took him for some money, the same thing Astro-Labs did a few years ago . Bigtime stupid . Ban Pct-shop !

Kodiak Cakes Protein Loaf, not my creation.
  • 1 cup milk (safeway has high protein milk)
    2 cups Kodiak Cakes Power flapjack mix (high protein)
    1 egg
    1/2 cup brown sugar or use stevia
    1/4 cup softened butter (not melted)
    2 ripe bananas, mashed
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 servings of Powdered Peanut butter
    1 scoop chocolate protein powder of your choice. I used PES.

Directions
Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl and blend until smooth. Fill greased muffin cups or loaf pan 3/4 full. Bake at 350 F for 14-18 minutes or until golden brown and inserted toothpick comes out slightly moist.
