Nitrust's TREN cycle

Your young enough that you should be able to bulk up and cut without losing too much size . Us old fks cant do that , we have to get as lean as possible before we bulk and still have to cut a bunch after the bulk . Take advantage of your faster metabolism ....
 
Goal here is to get lean like that again, but I think it may impossible in 10 weeks tbh. Especially if this tren reduces my cardio. I haven't even tried cardio since I started pinning. Gonna done a bit of hiit today

You can also try cutting the first 4-6 weeks of the cycle and end the last 6 weeks (or more) bulking . Ive had alot of success doing this . This is what Id suggest ...Goodluck
 
Hmm sounds interesting. 2600 calories high protein and fat then maybe 4k the last 6 week. I would have to extend the cycle

My best results ever came from running a 16-weeker starting with 6 weeks of 2400 daily calories cutting w/ test-c & Anavar and ending with 10 weeks of 4500 daily calories /test-c and Deca . I totally blew up and retained alot of cuts .
 
I don't know brother, 2600cal. seems low. I know you're trying to cut but at your height and BW that just seems low. Considering the gear your running, your height and weight, and the low calories, you will most definitely cut up but my concern is loss of muscle mass, and lack of energy due to calorie deficit. I'm no expert on Tren so maybe the loss of mass is not an issue.
On my last run Brutus was pushing me to eat high volume. 5000cal. a day. I'm only 5'9" and was going for 200lbs. I thought at that many calories I would get fat but sure enough I hit 200lbs. and my BF was the same as when I started. Maybe lower. (My first Tren run)

I would go with your original idea of 3600 and let the Tren do it's job.
I'm not trying to step on your toes OGH but Nitrust is a lot taller and younger than we are and I think the low calories are going to tax him energy wise. Especially if his carbs are low. He'll be gassing out halfway through his workouts.
 
I agree Nitrust should stay on a modest cycle , the tren is all powerful , it needs no help . Regardless hes gonna see gainz !

I injected my delt and went through a vein. Bled like a mofo, but no tren cough.

GInna hit some cardio and abs today. Gonna spend some time tonight and write out my first week of fst 7. Gonna try for cardio 3x a week. I'm gonna do the best I can.
 
Also wanted to ask, is there any info about using nolva on cycle for gyno while on tren? I have heard of gyno flaring even without the e2 being elevated.

That Tren cough is no joke. After most Tren injections I will feel a sensation I can't fully explain, except to say, it feels like a pressure at the base of my throat. I actually kind of like it. I guess in my mind it's telling me that the Tren is good. But a few times that sensation has turned into what feels like my throat constricting followed by a heaviness in my upper chest and that terrible scary cough. That I do not enjoy. It doesn't last long but while it's happening I fear I will die. It's only happened a few times but it's always in the front of my mind when I do a Tren injection.
 
Well everytime I inject, I just watch the gear and expect the cough. But so far, I haven't felt the slightest difference in my lungs. It's weird because I expect the opposite

They said don't judge the tren by sides, but I haven't noticed any as of yet. I tasted the tren, it's somewhat spicy. I hope the component is as good as its suppose to be
 
Still haven't experienced the tren cough. I'm probably the only dumbass in existence who has actually tried to pin through a vein, to see if I could coax one out of me. Kind of want to feel one before the bastard catches me by surprise. But still no joy yet. . .

When you do coax one on...I'm just guessing you'll say "well, that was a bad idea:eek:" and then you'll probably laugh at yourself. It really can be some scary shit.

What's up nitrust? Long time
On my first tren run I went super low cal and one carb dish a day. We're talking 2800 cals. I'm 6'1. I cut down to 255 then and was close to ripped but the results were astonishing in only 7 weeks time.

Since I've run it 2 more times and have found that the magical part of tren allows a surplus of calories and you can do the impossible. Get big and get lean AT THE SAME TIME. I do not think I will ever run it again at low cal. 5000-6000 cals a day and 450 g protein has me crossing the boundary of 280 and being lean. Just outside of visible abs. Which is where I like to be. That's the beauty of it. It makes better use of food ingested. Wicked stuff
 
What's up @gr8whitetrukker ! Shit bro, I guess I'm gonna just ride it out and try to stay at maintenance or a surplus. May be increasing cals when the tren kicks in. Hopefully, any day now
 
Just remember by limiting cals you inheritantly limit growth.

As far as the sides if your anything like me by week 2 the tren is in full swing. Like clock work. That's when the likelihood of tren cough increases and aggressive sides. They are real. Varying on a scale for everyone
