Chem's Road to Classic

Been really trying to bring up my rear delts + back thickness

Shoulder and arm look gnarly dude! You take 10iu only in the post? How many carbs?

If i ever add slin i'd start with post only too, but currently my post is big like 1400kcal with 185C 25F 110P since it's my last meal and after this i'm going to bed. Ideally you want as close to zero fat but i don't know how this could work with the food choises i make. Overall my fats per day (trace and added) are ~70gr.

looks absolutely retarded full and 3D. holy shit. crazy increase in look, even though your only AAS atm is Nandrolone (is that still correct?).
Insane stuff.

Thanks man -- means a lot coming from you!

Yes, currently using 10iu Novolin-R from Walmart post-workout.

My shake is:
- 2 cups whole milk (24g carbs, 16g protein)
- 2.5 scoops whey (25g carbs, 65g protein)
- 1/2 cup maltodextrin (60g carbs)

So total = ~110g carbs, and ~80g protein, ~800kcal

Yeah I am mostly worried about fat gain too

FWIW, I take that 800kcal 80g protein shake, and then about 1hr later I eat 24oz cottage cheese + 20oz canned pineapple for another 1,000kcal + ~80g protein, so fairly similar macro-wise:
  • 990 calories
  • 76.5g protein
  • 87g carbs
  • 30g fat
The cottage cheese is 4% fat so it's 30g for the entire tub. I know fats and fructose are terrible when on Insulin, but I'm too used to this meal to change it lmao.

Thanks man, genuinely appreciate it! I'm certainly working my ass off every day in the gym trying to get somewhere

Yes, only AAS is 1.2g Nandrolone, full current stack is:

- 1.2g Nandrolone (800 Deca/400 NPP blend, 180mg per day)

- 1iu Reta E3D (~2.3mg/wk)
- 1mg BPC + TB-500 ED
- 3.3mg MOTS-C ED pre-workout

- 5iu GH in AM fasted pre-workout
- 10iu Novolin-R post-workout

- 20mg Cialis ED
- 5mg Nebivolol ED
- 40mg Telmisartan ED
- 80mg Atorvastatin ED

My routine is:

- Wake, pin GH/peps besides MOTS-C
- 1-2hr later, go to gym (pin MOTS-C 30m before)
- 1.5hrs Lifting, 20m Cardio (max incline treadmill walking)
- Home, take Insulin

I would say you have already brought them up. I saw the photo and was about to post that this is the best rear delt development I have ever seen (considering your size and proportions), when I noticed your statement that you are trying to bring them up.

Mission already accomplished.

Any opinion on using Novalin r IM instead of sub q ? Thanks for sharing the log , not sure if you mention this earlier in the thread as I still need to go back and start at the beginning but do you have a lot of experience with nandrolone only cycles ?

Don't see any reason why you couldn't, I'm not sure tiny details like this will move the needle much in either direction

do you have a lot of experience with nandrolone only cycles
I do not, this is the first time I've ever run one

Misc updates:
- Woke up just shy of 215lbs this AM, after eating burgers + chicken tenders + chinese takeout yesterday

- I have been doing a 2nd Leg day with my Back + Bi day, but this day gets too long. Decided to split that leg work up across all of my other days, via a few daily sets.

Been a few days, lot of happened, figured I'd update with a summary:

1) Started having intense left-wrist pain + feels like dislocation when moving thumb. Turns out I have De Quervain's syndrome, they gave me a corticosteroid injection inside my wrist and it's gotten much better

2) Lower back pumps are hampering my incline treadmill cardio, one day I had to call my wife to pick me up from the gym because walking hurt too much

3) My rotator cuff issue/bicep tendonitis is getting worse. I've had to back off, will be changing my routine to: UPPER/LOWER (QUAD)/LOWER (GLUTE)

I'm seeing a doctor soon about my shoulder, hopefully can get it fixed.

I also have 2 disc herniations in my spine, seeing a doctor about that as well later this month...

Damn bro that sucks, I feel you 100%, I’m somewhat in the same situation. Obviously don’t try to push through, avoid whatever creates discomfort and try to work around it.
Damn, everyone getting old and injured =/

Yeah it's a big mental letdown. I'm just focusing on lower body and hoping that going from hitting upper body 3 out of 4 days, to once E3D gives it enough time to heal...

Here's to hoping you don't get further injured

No good man. You're a smart guy and I think you will figure out a way.

Also struggling myself with lower back issues. So I'm doing more core work.

That sucks man. I too have a shoulder/bicep tendon issue. Doc doesn't think there is much at this point to do with it.

In the midst of that got tennis elbow in the other arm. It has become the more severe of the too, in the midst of a de-load and even that had to call in trying to do curls today. Hoping a small break will help, not wanting an extended time off.

The only things that actually helped mine:

1. Switching all upper movements to neutral grip + dumbbells (where applicable)

2. No more dips, and bench is slight incline (15-30 degree) neutral grip DB

3. Getting a Slingshot. Can't overstate how much this reduces load on my shoulder when pressing.

Thanks man that's helpful. For now I have eliminated barbell pressing as I prefer dumblells to turn the elbows in more. Would you still use a slingshot for dumbell pressing?
