Just wanted to say hello to everyone my names Jay new the board. I'm 43 years old I've been lifting on and off since I was 15 due to some recent medical problems had to slow down but I'm trying to get back in slowly. I see a lot of good information on the board right now I'm just trying to do cardio and eat right and a little weight lifting because I've jumped up to about 250 pounds I hope to learn more. Hopefully I can offer some words of wisdom seems like a lot of guys on here thank you for letting me be part of the board.
