Interested in this shoulder stretching routine also. Currently have a client with shoulder discomfort that we can really pinpoint. Doc visits show fine. Just a tight shoulder. Care to elaborate ?
I have calcified tendonitis in my shoulder. Without proper warm up I'm laid up for weeks. No joke.

As far as the stretching routine it's nothing fancy. I use flexation and rotation. I grab the bench post and torque my body all the way around till there's pain. A Pec and shoulder stretch. I also put my hands behind my lower back and grab my hands together then pull outward stretching the shoulder. I also grab a long handle and crucifex myself. And lastly I take 10 lb plates and put my arms up like a double biceps and rotate up and down. With my elbows in place. There's a name for it but can't remember.

I did all bicep work heavy today in the 6 rep range and damn it felt good. All in all I feel fucking great! Sex is good. Strength is good. I feel amazing! And I have been working towards that 315x6 on the incline for some time. So very happy I got it!!!

I gotta start doing something for my shoulders, i lifted through the pain for so many years, (which in hindsight was dumb AF) that now it hurts to bench 135 , so all i can do is fly's on a machine. So i think no more pressing till i can somewhat rehab my shoulders.
Keep it up Trukk, your in full beast mode now!!
 
Coming in on this one late. Life got busy for a couple months and haven't been around. But now I'll make time to check in on the trukker.

All I was looking for was 5!
My warm ups were terrible. 285 felt really heavy and I was placing a seed of doubt in my head. I wasn't even gonna do it. I kinda paced for a while and got ready emotionally and said FUCK IT! It took everything to get 6 but it I was more than happy. :)

I tried to hide my face but didn't work out well. That's why it's not posted openly. I figured trusted guys should be able to see it.
