The trophies do not appear to be working correctly. Some people are credited for certain trophies and others are not. It's broken but in the end it's pretty meaningless.

I got the trophy wife award... Once you have that one you've beat the game.

Everything else is just icing and gravy.

This has been my experience as well. I got married once when I was 24 and split up within 3 months, divorced within 6. Never again

I'm with you I was married for almost 20 years and now divorced. I will stick with a girlfriend.
