That would be the blueberries. .. i get em frozen, toss a half cup in the pot with 1 cup of water and 2 packs of stevia... boil, add oats. Lol

Homemade asian chicken salad. Delicious and filling. Which is good because I'm craving a cheat meal but dropped big numbers so far this week. I'm hoping to hit the 10lb mark in the a.m. so this should keep me satiated for the night and help me reach that.
All them pizza pics had me wanting some. So I got a meatball pizza w/ veggies and some grilled chicken wings w/ rice and fries.
