Not quite. Elevated prolactin is known to be an associated finding with gynecomastia but not the cause.
No shit... this cycle I'm on... I got gyno a few days after dropping the dbol, I still have NO idea why, I'm at a loss to be honest. Can anyone explain why you would develop gyno after dropping a highly estrogenic compound?
Not sure where I should start here. I don't have unlimited cash flow, and being near the holidays shit is tight.
I'm not sure if I should get bloods, buy caber, buy letro. I don't have the funds for all of it and I don't want to let this gyno sit very long.

No, bc caber treats prolactin which doesn't cause gyno. It can cause galactorrhea or milky nips.
My nips aren't leaky, I'm just worried that after cycle, I will have gyno in both nipples.
What is my next move? Should I lower the test dose to like 150mg a week, would lowering the tren help.

Lowering or stopping any compound that aromatizes will help so yea, lowering test could help you out but it may or may not be enough.
Are you using any nolva or ralox? If so how much? If not, that's your next move along with blood work unless you want to stop the cycle.

According to some doctors prolactin does in fact cause gynecomastia.

Risperdal is know to raise prolactin. Hyperprolactinaemia is also known to lower testosterone levels. An altered T:E ratio can cause gyno. The prolactin is not necessarily "etiologically related".

The lower limit of detection in this assay is 2 ng/ml (0.06 mU/ml) above normal control levels. Prolactin was not detectably elevated in any patients with gynecomastia except those being treated with tranquillizer drugs or reserpine. Elevated levels of chorionic somatomammotrophin were found in one patient with gynecomastia and testicular choriocarcinoma, although a similar level in a second patient with choriocarcinoma was not associated with gynecomastia. Although elevated prolactin levels may be an associated finding in some patients with gynecomastia, these results fail to provide evidence that prolactin is etiologically related to the development of this condition.

Best bet is getting bloods to make sure you're controlling estrogen properly and keeping up with the nolva. Is it pharm grade? You can bump it up to 20mg daily if 10mg isn't working.
I started out at 20mg daily then I just switched to 10mg a couple of days ago.
I need to get more nolva, starting to cut into the pct

This subject always frustrates me because I want to dip back into Tren or deca one day. I'm intimidated by Tren from when I brewed finaplix h and got puffy nips & some lactation many yrs ago. Back then I'd only use nolva and was very successful to nvr get gyno. Ran several test cycles alone and some with dbol, test w/winstrol, test w/Eq, then got brave and used test/fina 75mg ED(6weeks). Got minor puffy nips and mini marble left nip. I quit the Tren and upped the nolva and the marble reduced to bb size ball thank God!
I'm not trying to argue or discredit you @Docd187123 , hell I've asked help from you several times through pm. I would just like to know how to avoid gyno with Tren. I understand the vets say control E2 but there's some guys that swear caber worked to rid of the lump like a member here @lucabratzi Their are others I've heard and researched but hardly any concrete evidence like you have mentioned.
I'm sure theres science that says caber doesn't work for gyno from deca. But for me it worked. For tren gyno it didn't. Don't ask me why.
Unfortunately I go by trial and error w myself and figure out what works. Nolva for tren worked quickly.
Next npp run maybe I'll run a little more Adex and see if that prevents it.
I've also heard someone here say there's a "withdrawal effect" of some sort coming off caber. But from what I've read that's for patients that take high doses for years. Not the steroid user that uses it on certain occasion. @Docd187123 did u tell me that or was it someone else? Also do U any insight on that?

Can anyone explain why you'd get gyno after coming off of dbol, none of the injectables changed in dose when I came off... Yet I still got gyno only after dropping the Dbol. This happened to another person in this thread as well.

I've heard of these cases as well. What was your AI protocol bro. Get you some nolva cuz I believe you still have time to reverse it. Did you get bloods done while on the cycle injectables along with the dbol?
