Stats. Male. 26. 215lbs.
I am dealing with horrible tendinitis in my elbow. This is not a recommendation at all. Do not do this.
I recently ran one bottle of iglr3 at 50mcg per day for two weeks. I really liked the results and I noticed significant improvement very fast in my elbow but I started getting these narly cists from it so I stopped. anyone have this same side effect from any peptides?

Just started tb500 yesterday. plan is to run 5mg a week spit into two injections for 6 weeks and go from there. I will keep a weekly log on here.

any tips or questions would be great.

Why oh why a 25 yo does not have the patience to allow the body to heal itself is beyond reason IMO.

You're injecting compounds with unproven efficacy, unknown sterility and to some extent recognizable adverse effects!

I mean seriously what in Gods name is the hurry? Is it really going to make any difference in your gains if you heal in 2 vs 6 weeks. Chances are your gains will suck unless you allow this injury to heal properly and that TAKES TIME.

Even more worrisome is the use of artificial measures (substances) to accelerate "recovery" (defined subjectively as diminished pain) are likely to disguise a process that may have only worsened making you more prone to reinjury.

So unless you're a sponsored competitive BB (or a professional athlete) I would suggest the answer is a resounding NO, 2 vs 6 weeks it matter not.

I can't tell you how many PED users have developed clearly preventable complications bc of this now or never approach to BB.

Good luck.

Thank you for your feedback. Yes I am 25 but I have the body of a 40 year old because of the trade I have been in since 18. All my joint are always hurting and I am not flexible at all.

I have talked you about this a month back or so. I just created my own thread the same time we were talking in the other. I agree with you totally that it is better to let the body heal naturally. You are right about me being impatient.

I climb towers for a living so my tendonitis is something that I have had to deal with for a while now, and it finally became unbearable. many guys younger than me have the same problems in this trade. I have take 4 months off from climbing and the gym with very minimal recovery noticed.

I am half way through the 5 weeks of the tb500 now, not completely sure when the effects "kick" in. I am definitely getting better. but I wouldn't say it is all from the tb500. I have been doing lots of deep tissue massaging and chiropractic work along with lots of icing and exercises. at this point I would not recommend anyone use tb500 for this injury.

also making a note that my doctor decided not to do a cortisone shot because he noticed significant improvement

Thanks again Jim. I will finish this thread after the 5th bottle of tb500

Any instant relief from TB-500 in my opinion is certainly it's anti-inflammatory properties.

Thanks for the reply mate. I'd have to agree with you. It does feel similar to taking some strong ibuprofen. I definitely feel better but I'm curious to see how I feel after the 5th bottle. 3 injections left.

Last injection of 5th bottle was today.
So far I feel almost 100%. I'm not going to say that all the healing was from the tb500 but I would definitely say that it helped with my injury.

I am going to quit using for now and see if any of the symptoms return.

also what really helped is lots of massaging/stretching and forearm strengthening exercises. And taking time off of the gym.

Also a wrist support allowed the injury to heal. As of now I use a wrist support in the gym and versa lifting straps. I will probly continue to use these in the gym for a couple months or until I feel 100% confident in my elbow/forearm.

thanks again for the imput. if the injury returns I will follow up on here. If not i am all good.
