Ruckin's dbol/test/eq log

Damn. Where have I been?

This is a great log man. Awesome progress, can't wait to see you crush your goals on this one.

Feel better too! Sucks getting sick on blast, definitely feels like a waste of time. But better to get the rest in and get it over with quicker.
Thanks brother, glad to have you following.

So small update, I'm feeling a lot better today, but I'm definitely not at 100% yet. It's tough to stay out of the gym, but I have to keep remiding myself that it's a marathon, not a sprint. Don't wanna fuck myself up by training when I'm sick when I still have months to go on this blast and the eq hasn't even "kicked in" yet. I wanna be healthy when that happens haha.

Your a smart man ruckin wish I could have your patients on things like that, I was sick for 3 weeks last cycle cause I wouldn't take time off so I basically half assed 1/4 of the cycle because of it. Was such a waste. Glad to hear your feeling better

Hey guys, thanks for the concern. I haven't updated just cause there's been nothing to update, still been sick. I still have a bit of a cough, but I'm gonna try to get back in the gym today. Will hopefully have something to update with tonight.

Man I was worried you forgot your login password or something and we'd never hear from you again! Can't scare me like that I need to watch your numbers grow!

Lulz sorry!

I hope I didn't lose much strength from not lifting for the last 10 days. This is by far the longest I've ever not lifted since I started almost 5 years ago.

sometimes when/if sick I like to just drink plenty of water and do a light circuit style routine or just cardio to just break a sweat. I know it's not your style of training but it helps to just keep the body moving without putting too much additional stress on your system

Dragged myself to the gym and managed to get through only my presses before I had no choice but to leave. I was in the gym, coughing literally every 20 seconds. It got to the point where my head is in physical pain from coughing so much. What the fuck. I'm fucking pissed... Now I get to wait another however many days.

Whatever... I guess I should be thankful that this is the worst thing that's happening to me. Could be much worse.

I doubt a few presses extends your sick time any, I wouldn't even worry about it. You got any antibiotics? Ten days and still this sick is a long time, may be time for a doctor visit or at least an antibiotic run.

No antibiotics on hand, unfortunately. Tomorrow's sunday so if I want to see a doctor I'll have to wait til monday I guess.

May be for the best to get you recovered quicker. I've had sinus infections that lingered for a couple weeks until I finally got some antibiotics and then I was better within days.

Woohoo I finally was able to get back in the gym! I got some cough drops that I used throughout my workout which helped so much with my coughing.

Strength has taken a bit of a hit, but it'll be back to normal soon. I'm just glad I was able to get back into the swing of things.

Doesn't look like too much of a hit though. How'd the weight move? I bet your joints and muscles feel pretty fresh at least and you'll be sore tomorrow, too.

Yeah I'm expecting to be back to where I was in a week or so. Weights felt fine, but I could tell I hadn't lifted in almost 2 weeks.
