A good bulk should fill out any loose skin with muscle.

Sometimes it fills back out with fat too . BBing in my 50"s is a challenge . Eat too many calories and it quickly goes to fat . The muscles get bigger , but by now they are insulated in a nice coating of fat and you can barely see them .
You have to slooowly gain weight .

I like to see you doing it tho. It's a good reminder to take care of ourselves so we can do it for life, not just ~10 years.... Love it, keep it up OGH.

So that means you get to rise at 5:30am instead of 3:30am ? lol Your a chronic earlybird workaholic like me . I could have slept in this morning but Im drinking coffee and punching keyboard keys instead . Im modifying the lil Miata I just picked up . Gonna bolt on 15hp and see how she runs...:)

I'm looking to get my early iron in then hit up the grocery stores before all the belligerent mom's raid the place. I don't like crowds OGH. Makes me tweak like a mofo.

And I seen some of your projects. Pretty cool. I don't have these options any more. I'm in a concrete hell now

Alot of service guys that saw battle have a hardtime with crowds . Understandable . I dont like them myself , especially at the Wally Zoo.

Ever drove one Mindless ? It gives the word great handling a whole new term . Mrs.Ogh had one when we first met . When we sold it I promised her another one someday . And that day was 2 months ago when I got back . She had already found it on Craigslist .

No never driven one but have ridden in one that a friend once owned.Nice little ride

I love weight training. I love that I can set my mind to some thing and MAKE IT CHANGE!!!

My arms have always been long like a fighters arms. I've tried alot and now I'm specializing in them! Some wicked growth in just the past 8 weeks. Ridiculous really. My triceps are now becoming a dominant part in my pressing movements and life is good :)
 
Yes now I'm that deutsch bag. The guy who looks like he buys shirts too small.
It's not my fault. 3x is a bit big. 2x is perfect and I completely fill it out. The arms just kinda fill in the void now. I'm not a real showy guy so this is going to take some gettin used too
 
Wasn't feeling up to it. Them 225 seated presses took alot outta me. Namely shoulders. Which is a huge part in them heavy curls.

And its good to have heavy and medium weight days . Right now Im doing 2 variations in the squat : Powerlifting heavy days (325/350/370x3/405x1) and working set days (360+ 5x5) . When I dont feel like doing working sets I will substitute a powerlifting set .
