Getting your girl to loose weight

How do u get your girl to get in shape

First of all I hope she doesn't see this. But I'm sure most of us have this problem at some point. how do u get your girl addicted to the gym like we are. she needs to loose weight.

Shit I offer to pay for her food and prep it for her while I do mine. I don't want to dump her over weight but there's only so much I can handle..literally. She is always doing some dumb diet for a week than quits. any advice. And no I'm not going to call her chubby..made that mistake once already.
 
Honestly? It's gonna be difficult to get a chick to like it, imo. We like working out because we are lifting heavy shit and it's awesome and fun. You want her to slim down,that's gonna more in the cardio department and let's face it, that ain't no fun. Women are just made of different stuff, most of them just aren't going to get in to fitness like we are.
 
You can lead a horse to water, but you cant make her drink. SHE has to want to the change for herself. To lead a healthy life and enjoy training on another level. Some women just aren't vested into fitness and willing to put that much effort into it. One thing I will never do is force my lifestyle on someone else. I had a girl that was a bit overweight (just got lazy with dieting once we started dating) and she wanted to lose weight. I offered to write her plans out for her and she didn't want it. I was perfectly fine with that. Some people don't want the commitment of vesting their life into it. Ive learned to accept people for who they are and trying to change someone else leads to a lot of argument. We ended up parting ways for the better. That being said, try sitting down with her and talking about her health and well being and show concern for her. You could also ask her to go to the gym together as a date sort of thing. Ive notice training really bonds couples and makes relationships stronger. Teach her and show her the ropes so she gains some confidence. Hope all works out brother.

she is a great girl so I don't want to be too hard on her. and honestly I love cardio almost as much as weights. some days I'm fuked up in the head though, I guess we all are sometimes. I blame myself mostly because I let myself get up to 23%bf I was out of the gym cause an injury, and she got comfortable and followed me. I get in shape fast because my diet is perfect and I hardly have a cheat meal, I should just give her more time. I just don't want to be the ripped dude on the boat with the fat gf. I feel like a piece of shit for saying that.

Anyways thanks for letting me rant.
 
Yeah but most of those Chick's are the type that will drink 3 beers and cheat on a dude lol

I fucked with those chicks for years, finally figured out its better to have the loyal girl that gives a fuck about you than the perfect 10 that only cares about looks and material shit.
Just a thought.

You shouldn't feel guilty or feel like you are shallow for wanting a girl that is in good shape. Sounds like you like her, and you also want to be attracted to her physically. In my opinion nothing wrong with that.

Sounds like you are close to your limit with her weight. Have you ever been direct with her about how you feel? Or do you more stay on the side of asking if she would like to join you at the gym and take a look at your meal plans?(a little more subtle) Some people are afraid to tell the people they care about their true feelings because they don't want to hurt feelings or look like an asshole. I think this is a big part of the reason we see so many women who put on all that weight after marriage. They just let it go and their husbands are kinda in a place like, shit what do i do, she will be pissed if i say "yes dear you do look fat in that dress". Haha.
Anyway sorry for the ramble...my point is because you sound like you are close to your limit, and you have tried a couple ways to get her weight on track, maybe it is time for the direct approach. Be warned I can almost guarantee she will be pissed at first but she may thank you in the future and you may thank yourself. Sounds like you like her and she is a good girl, but do you want to be with someone you are not attracted to? You will forever look at other women with a passion and that is not fair to her either.
 
Tell her she's fat and looking at her disgusts you!

jk. Make it a time thing. Say you want to spend time with her. Get her to take a class at the gym. You may have to take it too, but thats a small cost.

Or make a deal. She comes with you and you do something she wants. You may end up in a room full of women drinking wine and painting a flower (been there), but how bad do you want it?
 
buy her gym presents, like a protein powder, fat burning pwo and a cool drink bottle. then just take her to the gym as a date, with any luck she will get addicted to the pwo and the andorphins you get from exercise.

possibly look up some couples 5wk challenge bs, show her and sound really excited about it and i'm sure she will follow.

all the other ideas i can think of are just manipulative or sociopathic.
 
You need to ask yourself this: can i live my life with this woman if she never get fit and only gets more fat every year?
Just be honest and straight with her on this man, she will get pissed and later understand you are right, or she will dump you and save you the trouble of doing the same thing few years (and 30lbs) later.

Tell her you love her and you dont want to see her doing that to her body and health.
In the future she could be the mother of your kids and you want the kids to have someone as an example on how to live healthy.
 
That's a hard one. I been trying to get my girl to be consistent for a while. She started following those fitness girls on Instagram. That did help her. She would do good. Stay focused , did cardio as soon as she woke up. Trained on her own. Then she would relapse. What I did was buy bf calipers to test myself. I tested her and she felt like shit. Once people know how fat they really are , they get motivated because most people don't think they are as fat as they are. The biggest thing with her is when she gets her period. she can't workout because of cramps and has a bad sweat tooth. Then she stops training and eats like shit for a few weeks until she gains it right back. Then starts again.

Try buying her a treadmill or some sort of nice exercise equipment for @ home to use... Shit ldk

Also try telling her u really care for her & u wanna see her happy plus u'd hate to see her with major health issues later n life when she gets old
 
i'm just going to bounce the easiest and cheapest of my sociopathic ideas here, and yes its mean.

stop having sex with her.
when she goes to the gym, make sure you have sex with her that night.
she does the action, she gets the reward.
if she figures out your plan then just say you think its sexy when she goes to the gym, if not then you will have trained her to do what you want.
