What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

This was funny-my gf and I went out to eat last weekend and I got out my phone to take a pic and she was like "what the hell are you doing?" Lol, so I put the phone away and was like uhh, nothing. Anyway, oatmeal and eggs this am. If it's 15 degrees and snowing here in the northeast, I'm wondering what it's like in Oregon. Tough to get motivated when it's cold and my car is just covered in snow

Shoot I'm glad in haven't had to deal with snow, this is my second winter in NW washington and it hasn't snowed in my area yet, I hope it stays that way! Taking the bus is bad enough buy I really don't wanna have to walk to and from the bus stop in the snow haha

Yeah man if I was trying to put on more weight I'd probably have a couple more eggs in there and throw in a cup of oats on the side, I'm trying to lose a little fat right now though so I'm keeping it relatively strong, trying to limit carbs to pre and post workout meals. So that's pretty much the bare minimum I can eat and get through one of my workouts without crashing haha

Ive lived in King and Pierce Countys and very seldom much snow . But I remember a couple bad snowed in winters...
Here on the OR Coast its mostly sleet rain and small hail . The coastal winds keep it from snowing .

Its a nippy 77 lol!!! Actually the winter is our best weather, not to hot and muggy in the daytime and it cools off to about 58 at night.
Yup on the ahi salad, the girl that makes my food gets the fish strait off the boat so its normally caught that day or day before. Nothing better than fresh fish.

Yes it's normal for the last few years. We do get cold weather which is barley below freezing but it only comes about one week out of every winter month. I can remember being a kid and playing in 3' of snow this time of year. I pray that this is just a cycle and that we really didn't pollute our world to this. TX does get very cold just not in the South.

Yeah it was in the high 30s at 5am this morning but as soon as the sun comes out it jumps into the 60s. I'm tempted to go fishing this weekend.

Texas is a walk in the park compared to where I'm from. And this is no hype. Yes it freezes at night here. And yes it gets cold. Mostly due to high wind. I bet most yall never thought how damn WINDY it is here.
