So I had my 1st E2 related side this cycle. The phenomenon I refer to as deca dick :)

Might not be the definition your used to but traditionally I have problems getting off on high doses. Doesn't effect the quality of erection at all. Me and the girl did our pre-bed fuck ritual. Maybe about 40 minutes worth. I had to stop cuz it just wasn't happening at least for me. Her? She was well taken care of ;)

I didn't think nothing of it cuz I been getting alot of sex and just figured maybe I needed to recoup the bank? Idk
I woke up 30 minutes early this mornin (0230) had a wicked urge. Rolled over and stuck her while we were both kinda asleep. Did it for 25 minutes maybe and still had a really hard time finishing. Makes me look like a porn star and all but it IS FRUSTRATING!:mad:

I had some coffee thinking bout it and realized I should of saw this coming. Every cycle that has deca included this happens about week 7 or 8 just like now. So I'm gonna break out the adex tabs and start at .5mg E3D. At 2 grams of gear I think it may be about time to show some sorta bad side ;)

As far as the French curl. I was reminded of those when I was in TN at the Golds for vacation. I liked that machine and now I just replicate it with a cable at my gym.

I tell ya back day is some thing else. I always get the most intense contractions. On paper it's like ehhh but man I'm squeezing them fuckers to death. It actually makes me wanna cry. Especially doing pulldowns on the high cable when I'm done.
 
Ya the big 3 winners haven't been announced yet but I got the home town drop on this one. My school was like 300 kids 7-12. Classes of 15-20. Ok, small. What are the chances a kid from there wins it. Crazy
 
225 on the seated MP is impressive.

I think im gonna start throwing upright rows into my routine. Im trying to get my traps poppin more. Havent done em in awhile.

I was a bit suprised when I added the seated MP to my routine 3 weeks ago. I worked up to 225 my first go and was like wtf, cool. Their good clean reps too. I pause at the bottom for like a second? Not to be showy but I don't like to have my elbows pushed lower than mid/upper chest. Last time I did that I pulled some thing. But fuck ya I got alot of torque out of the box. 225x6? On the seated military FUCK YA I'LL TAKE IT:mad: I should get that in video too. Just to prove a point:cool:

I think you should add the combo upright row then plate shrugs. It's the combo that makes the difference. I really focus on squeezing the traps and rowing cuz it's one of those exercises where you can make it all front delts if your form degrades. Let's be trap brothers jayo_O

On another note my gym is renovating and I see they bought new equipment. I was so happy to see a NAUTILUS pullover machine in the floor. I almost cried. It's the newer updated version of the one I used to love and it is a wicked back builder. I used to do alot of supersets with the pullover and underhand pulldown in my natty days. I am convinced that is what built the grounds for my back development!

I never used the nautilus pullover before, but I remembered you talking about it and threw it in as a back accessory last week. I felt it in my tri's too though. Figured I was doing it wrong. I dont know how you do a nautilus machine wrong, but if there's a way I'll usually figure it out.

Nah we just got the machine. I haven't seen a nautilus pullover in at least 10 yrs. I substitute cable straight arm pulldowns but it's just not the same. No sir. The trick is to bend at the elbows and push back with the elbows. It'll give you a searing pain in the outer lat that's like AHHHHHHHHH:mad::mad::oops:
