I am new to the board and just want to say hi to you all.

Have been around the block for many years so i am not new to the game and use of AAS.

My stats are pore but here we go :

184 cm
93 kg

Thanks, Now days i hit the gym 5 times a week. Mixing it up with cardio and light weights high rep range. Why ? Because i have 2 sore elbows,,..

Tennis elbows sucks and makes me frustrated to be honest. Just have to wait for the pain to go away and i wil try to step things up.

My goal is 95-100kg and around 14% bf. I working hard nowdays to shed some fat :)
 
Read my posts about tennis elbow. I struggled with it for a long time. It's only going to get worse if u keep using it. Sorry man.
Check out versa grips if you're going to continue lifting
