Feeling weak :(
A cycle low for me. Just came off 2 days rest. Still not helping tremendously. Hungry as hell. Like my body is struggling for materials to build with. Beginning of my deload
What's up with the tricep push downs? And yeah your workout looks weak. My T is almost in the single digits and I'm going harder then that. Get it together man.

Dont underestimate how strong "just" test is . High doses causes insomnia , anxiety /depression among other things . I increased to 750mg/wk 2 weeks ago and I have all those symptoms . My sleep is really fkd-up now , but I know its the higher test because Ive went thru this before.

Ive also been getting "middle of the night" anxiety attacks where I cant sleep and feel a need to pace . Its the high test . Might want to donate RBC's ...
And your on near double my dose so you gotta be getting sides . Id throw some deload sets in there , sounds like you need it . Goodluck ;)
 
The double reds can be every 8 weeks?
No, whole blood is every eight weeks. Double reds are every 12 I think.

What I do is donate double reds at.one organization then in about 6 to 8 weeks later I donate whole blood at a different organization. This keeps my crit normal and helps with bp.

What your going through is pretty much what happens to me when i go with higher amounts of aas, when i feel this way i back it off a bit and within about a week i start feeling better and my workouts get waaaay better. About donating, i was feeling like you about 2 weeks ago,(been running eq and test ) so went to donate , hemo was high so not only did they turn me down they banned me for life, which i didnt even know was a possibility. Just telling you this because it might be the same there in which case i would dial down the dose, wait a while then donate. But maybe over there you have more than one org that does this. We have just one so im kinda SOL!!!!!
And also if your not getting enough sleep, your not recovering which will deff effect performance in the gym.
 
I didnt think you would nor should. Just telling you what i do, but im quite a bit older than you so i have to do things a little different. Plus what works for me might not work for you and vice versa!!!

When my weights severely drop off and I know I am overtrained I COMPLETELY take 5 to 7 days off from all weight lifting. I haven't had to do it often but when I do I can tell you that 100% of the time I come back stronger than before the weight drop. You need to heal. Your muscles are broken down and every time you lift you're breaking them down more before they can fully repair. You need to let them heal and get fuel back in the tanks. Take a break and carb up.

A good rule of thumb is to take 1 week off all training every 3 or 4 months of training. Your body will thank you for that!

I agree 100% with this to. I do this all the time and especially at lest once during a cycle. Maybe not a full week because thats just crazy talk but pretty close. I always come back with freak strength too.

I really focused on squeezing my abs tight during squats which helps delay the seizing in the lower back. I just feel like it's a rubber band that's too short or some thing. I did some stretches doc sent me. I will admit I would be better off HAD I PERFORMED THESE EVERYDAY. But I dont. Need to get on that.

Me and the girl are fighting over stupid shit yesterday and today. Good times I tell ya. Looks like I'll be in full sexual frustration mode for a while. Yay

Not sure what your exact back issues are but that high rep warm up stuff would put me down before I could get started. Next time you do squats (if you choose) never go over 8 reps and only use 6-8 rep range for "lighter" weight. If I did a set of 20 with 135 I might as well pack it up and go home. This was the bro science that worked for me. Just something to think about.
