DNP Cycle Log!

Hmm I am always keto last year and a half with refeeds weekly.. I plan on doing a 14 day 250mg.. I'll see how the first week goes
 
I'm looking nearly identical. Was gonna post an update picture but I look exactly the same LOL I feel less fat on me though without a doubt so I'm hoping its just me being bloated? Next cycle I'm gonna run will be 250mg for 25 days and see what works better for me. Today is Sunday and my last dose will be taken Thursday night. Sweet relief! Actually I think I'm gonna run a basic first cycle 500mg test and maybe a dbol kickstart in between my DNP cycles. That's a whole different topic though ;) maybe I'll take my man BigPharma's advice and be on next time I give it a shot.
 
If you are dieting and exercising and you got your stuff from the legit source-I know you did- then yes at first you lose a lil, than you even back out. Temporarily . Then after a week or so the scale starts moving. Water tends to jiggle on the body and fat is usually a bit colder and firmer to the touch. As long as you hang on there, drink them 2gallons of water a day and try to diet and exercise, you should be more than pleased after 4 or so days of ending cycle. Hang in there Brochacho!?

So what supplements do you recommend taking during a DNP cycle.. I've read so many DNP logs, some go heavy on them others are minimal.
 
Definitely interested in hearing how it goes. Eventually I'm gonna give it a go, stuff seems to be the best fat burner if used correctly.

List is long depending on supplier...2-gallons water a day NO MATTER WHAT!! 1st, Antihistamines(TO AVOID RASH!!)some people recommend zyrtec-i recommend generic zyrtec:take upon waking up(about $5 for a two week supply)..i recommend also taking pseudoephedrine 120mgw/loratadine 10mg.(Generic ClaritinD)take early in the day and Benadryl or tylenol pm(dyphenhydramine) at night...guarantees no rash!! For cell protection 5,000-8000mg vit E a day(not a must) also V8 can be a good addition(with all the sweating its good to replenish electrolytes as well as other) i recommend Bronchaid after a couple days to help with fatigue especially before exercise(ephedrine sulfate25mgs and guaifenesin200mg)energy and rash prevention!!lol. This particular supplement pairs quite well with Goodies headache powders(65mgs of caffeine and 325mg acetaminophen and 500mg asprin in a powder)together with bronchaid it makes dnp users almost feel human...plus Testosterone if you cycle, nice test push gets me thru thr Dnp dull days... Thats about it, plenty of water and antihistamines and stimulants..DNP is a powerful harsh drug and should be respected and not abused.Its fun 3-6 days after cycle is over though... check out stickys about DNP plenty of good info there also...

a lot of people prefer the primeatine (ephedrine hydrochloride) ...bronchaid(ephedrine sulfate)is really good too... hey MB are you planning to keep a log?

I've used bronkaid and eh it wasn't like primeatine (tho still searching for ephedrine). eh I don't think so.. tho I'll post random updates..
 
I'm thinking about getting Sibutramine to help with the cravings.. tho I don't know how bad they'll be.

The carb cravings I get sometimes are unreal.if I think about something sweet are good and its within reach,I AM EATING IT! personally never thought of using an appetite suppressant, sounds promising,keep us posted.
 
Sorry guys. I've been vacationing for the last 10 days and have had no internet OR cel phone service. I'm ashamed of myself, ended up losing 13 pounds in 14 days but I've been pigging out and not training on this vacation and I'm basically back where I started. I do have 25 250mg crystal DNP pills left so I will be redoing it and hopefully I will get the same results. Grrrrr. No self control. But it's something I'm working on. Sweats are no joke with this stuff, and carb cravings are insane. My advice would be eat at a caloric deficit, train lightly and do cardio daily as many people say. If anyone cares I'll post my next results after two more weeks of this stuff. Just gotta mentally decide to commit to it.
 
Can I offer another piece of advice. Don't overdo DNP - you may start to get an allergic reaction to it. I saw an interview with a dude who had lost silly amounts of weight, was doing it all the time. And one day, his body just said stop and he can never take it again because he got what seemed like a bad allergic reaction to it. From that, we can only conclude that DNP needs to be part of a bigger plan and that ITS no silver bullet to long term weight reduction: your diet and exercise regime will be.

13 pounds in 14 days. Good eh? And that's on a low dose!

I took my first dose yesterday (DNP virgin) of crystallized DNP. I am sensitive to anything I put in.. no temp changes.. I will not go past 1 pill a day (at least for this run). I plan on a 21 day "cycle". We will see tho.
 
Did you carb deplete before cycle?if so day 1 and 2 might be a lil bit tougher, but if not sides will definitely progressively get more REAL... Its all good-some sides are kind of avoidable-most are inevitable... I would suggest starting to put towels under your bed sheets to save your mattress.. I think night sweats,carbs cravings and heat flashes are inevitable...
