My First Cycle - 600mg Test E (Pharmacom)

Alright guys I started my first cycle along with my buddy this week. I'm basically his point of contact for everything since I'm the one who put everything together as well as his routine.

Currently on the same six day split I've been using for the last year or so, Chest, Back, Shoulders/Abs, Bis/Tris, Legs, Bodyweight/misc day.

I've been a calisthenics Athlete for a while looking to gain in performance. And strength, size is not as important to me as some but I'd love to gain some pounds as well.

Bodyweight 150 25 years old

I will not be posting pics because I have a lot of tattoos.

My lifts:
Deadlift 405/2
Bench 225/8
Squat 275/5
DB row 120/5
Weighted dip 4 plates 4 reps
Weighted pull up 2 plates 5 reps

Cycle:
Wk 1-12 300mg/ml Test E 2x wk
Week 4-14 hcg 500iu

PCT starting Wk 14
Nolva 40/20/20/20
Clomid 50/50/25/25

Arimidex & Accutane on hand also in case of need.

Gear is from frank

First pin was easier than expected though we were nervous. I used to pin my father back in the day, was more excited than anything. No PIP whatsoever.
 
Let us know how the Test300mg feels in about 2-3 days.. many folks got major PIP on it. lol. But everything looks good.. I do recommend you give it 3 weeks after last pin before starting PCT.. Good luck brother!

Thanks I will absolutely take that into consideration. Buddy said he's got some PIP but he hit legs last night so who knows

My goals are mostly strength related. My diet is somewhat restricted.. Hard to explain. I'm extremely cut at the moment so I want to keep that, further it, and gain strength. I'm only 5' 5' .

Feeling that pip now btw :D
 
Little update for you guys, 2nd pin was last night this time in the glute.
I took it like a man,
and that's a lie. A terrible affair involving some laughing and resulting in me leaning against the bathroom doorframe while my buddy pinned me. Just a couple of guys hangin out with no pants and sticking things in each others asses, not my finest hour.

But PIP in the glute is so far much easier to handle and we are both getting very excited for what we hope is to come.

Intensity at the gym has been on insane levels but that could be all in our heads, and we've always gone pretty hard. Definitely seem to be much more excited on the way there - felt like I had two scoops of preworkout in me after barely drinking a mouthful of my usual preworkout, just a couple modest scoops of c4.

We're both making decent meal choices and stuffing our faces with as much good food as we can manage in the day. Good hydration habits are being paid special attention as that for me has always been the #1 factor on how my gym sessions go, definitely above sleep or nutrition.

Good things to come, I think.

Hey guys, been super busy lately but things are going really well. I've kept to pinning glutes and each pin comes with a bit less PIP until finally now its only lasting a day or so. We added a little prop to our stack for this past week and this one coming up to kick start a bit.

Strength gains have been enormous and I've gained 5 lbs steady, whether that's water weight or otherwise I'm getting stronger so I just don't care.

Gym sessions have been off the scale as far as intensity but they seem shorter since I have shorter rest times.

I feel great, and feel great about myself when I look in the mirror. Confidence is at an all time high but I'm feeling much more confrontational as well so we've gotta watch that.

Was out to the bar with my buddy the other night and I'm not an overly social guy, but man it just felt like I was everyone's best friend. Not drunk, not high, just social, clear, and confident.

So far I'm firing on all cylinders and I have you guys here at Meso to keep me motivated.

Any idea how much strength you've gained as far as numbers go?

A ridiculous amount. All lifts are shooting way up at a rate I can't believe. The weight itself not by too too much but the amount of reps I can do now is disgusting. Things like my two rep max of 100lb incline DB are now easily five.

I started the cycle sitting at a fluctuating bodyweight of 145-150. The last week I have gained half a pound DAILY - sometimes almost a pound. Weighed in at 159 today. I am just covered in sweat by the end of every lift. Smashing everything in the gym with no problem and recovery time is almost nothing. I feel like an absolute madman and I never expected results this drastic from such a basic cycle. Today's pin was the end of week 4 and I no longer have anxiety about pinning or any PIP.

I cannot stop eating. Its to the point where I take food to bed with me else by the time I'm ready to fall asleep I'll be too hungry to do so.
 
So there is a small matter that needs to be put to bed... So to speak.

Last night I went out with my buddy who is also on cycle with me (same everything) . We work together and between being extremely busy with that and the gym last night was the first time we've been out in the last few weeks.

I've seen people talk about the effect test has on women and whether or not they can "sense" your extra test or smell the pheromones.

I assure you, this is a very real fuckin thing. I've always been reasonably confident, but less than social. If I try I have no problem pulling women when I like. Last night however, neither him nor I put in any effort whatsoever into this. An hour into the night he had one girl on his lap, one sitting next to him, and a third touching his face and doing dumb girl shit. As for me I had one on either side of me, they approached me first. The minute these women came up to us they never left our sides.

We both ended up taking two of them home with us. Mind you my "at the bar" look is standing there with my hands in my pockets and a very pissy "I'd rather be lifting" face on. The only reasonable x factor is the test. I don't really think I've felt anymore confident when I go out, it's more a "I don't give a shit what anyone in here thinks" feeling. And it leads me to the above shitty demeanor.

But I can't stress enough how little effort either of us put in last night. They came up to us, we picked the ones we wanted, walked to get pizza, and took them home. It was literally too easy.

Just wanted to share my experience - but in my opinion women's subconscious perception of your heightened test levels is a very real phenomenon.
