First things First

Do it. They hurt.

Then they hurt so good.

Then they're just fucking awesome.

What's that arm tape say? I can't read that shit with the pixel size. Looks developed though.

Haha I'm gonna do em brah! Gonna watch some form videos and make sure I'm all good first. I mean I've done them before, relatively light though. Gym has a chit on of mirrors too so it should be easy to form check.

Tape says 18" (no pump). Been there for a couple years now it seems like . Split has been Push/Pull/Legs for awhile - I'm about to keep that going except add bis into push days and tris into pull days. I need something to get these arms going again. Other days I just hit whatever isn't sore. I lift around 5 days a week and light cardio 2-3.

May try back/chest, arms, legs again too. I need to be hitting arms directly a lot more

How longs it take for those damn biceps to get that big peak like that? I measured mine at 19 no pump with the tape pulled tight so I know it wasn't just fat giving me an extra inch, but I dont have that peak yet so yours look waaaaah fucking better than mine.

I just hit biceps a lot lol. Generally 3-4 exercises, 3-4 sets per exercise. Relatively high volume in the 8-12 range and some burnout sets at the end. Preacher curls, dumbbells, and a couple machines. Probably depends on your insertons for the shape tho.

Preacher curls are the shit. I do both inner and outer grip to hit both heads and go pretty heavy.

Yeah I hit bi's twice a week, on arm day and then I do them with shoulder. Definitely agree with you on preachers, those give me killer pump. Hell ima just keep hacking away at it, I've only been back in the game for Bout 8 months I'm just being impatiens haHh. I'm sure it'll happen, I'm built like my old man and he's got killer biceps so hopefully those genetics will transfer over haha
