Ruckin's dbol/test/eq log

I think I've read some say EQ has "joint lubrication" (lol) effects similar to deca/npp. I know you haven't used deca or npp yet, but have you noticed anything like that?? You're a few weeks ahead of me and I can say I haven't noticed anything....my elbow still hurts!!:( I don't believe I've read that you been having any elbow issues recently.
It does not seem to have any "lubricating" effects that I can tell. But from what I understand, eq and deca/npp (as well as primo and var) all improve colagen synthesis, so joint health and connective tissue strength should improve faster than normal while on them. It probably takes a while to notice any improvements though, while with nandrolone people seem to notice pain releif very quickly, even if actual healing and repair isn't taking place yet.

I'm pretty sure this is accurate but someone please correct me if I'm wrong.

Thanks ruck!! My reading skills are comparable to an 8yr old and my memory is starting to compare with an 80yr old. Lol

There is a sticky about it:

Peptides & Anabolic Steroids (AAS) - Joints/Tendons | MESO-Rx Forum

I'm gonna read it a few more times.

Power clean: 215x1x8
Press: 185x8,8,9
Squat: 365x6x4
Bench: 135x10x3 (light to help triceps heal)
Deadlift: 485x5
Chins: 264x5,5,5,5,6
Db Shrugs: 85sx16,17,17 (~1 min rest)
Db curls: 50sx10,3,1 (rp)
Face pulls: 150x12,3,2 (rp)

Another solid workout in the books. I didn't get any more on my press than I did 2 days ago but my form was a lot better and more consistent so I'll count that as good progress there. Squats were good, I went back to regular, non-paused, atg squats and my knees feel great. First time I've done them in months so I expect that it'll progress very quickly as I get used to using the stretch reflex again.

Deadlift went well too, I'm pretty happy I got all 5 reps on that set.

Btw good lookin' workout my man!!

Press: 185x8,8,10
Squat: stopped after 315x1 warm up (lower back feeling burnt out)
Incline press: 215x3x10
Deadlift: -
Db curls: 50sx14,3,1 (rp)
Face pulls: 150x17,4,3 (rp)
Db shrugs: 100sx15,7,4 (rp)

So as you can see, this was basically just an upper body workout. As I was warming up for squats, I felt some strain in my lower back. Doesn't feel like anything serious, but it feels pretty obvious I need a little extra rest and recovery there. So aside from that everything was good. Added another rep to my press so I'll be bumping that weight up to 190 next time, and I also switched from paused incline bench to touch n go. My form on those was damn near perfect and no pain in my elbows/triceps doing that so I'm very happy with how things went.

Just a quick update (for monday even though it's technically tuesday as I'm typing), on sunday I ate some bad food and was up in the middle of the night throwing up. Woke back up this morning and felt really sore everywhere and fatigued as a result of the vomiting. I called out sick and just stayed in bed for most of the day. I'm feeling better now but I had zero appetite today and wasn't able to get much food down. Moral of the story is theoretically I probably shouldn't expect a very good workout tomorrow, but it would kinda mess up my schedule for me to push everything back a day. So, I'm thinking I'm gonna break open that tne I have and pin some for my first time ever a few hours before I lift to make up for the lack of energy I'll have otherwise. I'm thinking 50 mg.

I hope you feel better today. Let us know how the tne goes, too.
Thank you. I'm feeling good and feel like I have a pretty strong appetite today so I'll see how much food I can pile in. I'll still try some tne though. It's not like I need to save it for something and it's not expensive so fuck it. I'm just trying to be weary of becoming dependent on it to have a good workout.

I'm the same way, I don't want any mental hang ups with depending on something for a good workout either. I've never tried a preworkout in my life and don't even consume caffeine anymore.

Good you're feeling better though, it might not even set you back any.

I just pinned 50 mg tne in my right quad and it felt really weird going in. I'm not sure if it was the fact that it's tne, or the fact that that was probably the quickest I've ever been able to push oil through the needle for an injection. I guess I'm used to the much thicker eq injections and was caught off guard with how easily this stuff flowed through.

Oh well, should be an interesting workout.

Press: 190x8x3
Squat: 370x6x4
Bench: 270x10,10,8
Deadlift: 425x5x3
Db curls: 50sx15,3,1 (rp)
Face pulls: 160x12,4,2 (rp)

Didn't feel anything from the tne. Maybe 50 mg at my size isn't enough, or maybe it's just bunk, idk. It's been ~5 hours now since I pinned it and I still don't feel anything.

Anyway, this was one of those workouts that you just have to grind through. For whatever reason, I was just feeling pretty lethargic and had a hard time focusing. Hit my planned numbers for everything but bench though so it wasn't too bad.

Edit: forgot to put this pic of the start of my post gym meal

double edit: never mind, my phone is being a POS. It was just a mcgangbang from mcdonalds lol

Looks good for feeling lethargic, improvements all around. Sucks about the tne though, I was expecting you become the hulk or something.
Yeah I'm disappointed in it. I'll try using more next time to see if it makes a difference.

Could just be the 10's are getting stale on bench. Running 8's or something for a bit might be a good jumpstart. Deads, press and squat looking beastly, by the way.
Thanks! I'm very happy with how I'm progressing right now.

You could be right about the 10s. I'll switch to 3x8 if progress on my bench doesn't resume as normal. It also didn't help tonight that I haven't done flat bench in almost 2 weeks though, so I'm hoping that that is the cause of the poor performance tonight, as well as not having as much food in me as usual. We'll see though.

while ive never used TNE, suspension is my favorite. i feel like i could lift for hours on end and not get tired. idk if youre expecting some type of "feeling" or instant strength jump but i generally never got that off of suspension. i just never got tired or sore and needed less rest between sets.

Interesting. I always read about how guys get this crazy feeling from it so maybe i had unrealistic expectations. I'll try to notice if I have just better overall energy next time I use it.

thanks rob, I'm all better now but damn did that sunday night and monday suck. I haaaaaaate throwing up.
