who else gets pumped after eating

Meaning it's not exogenous, in other words you don't have to inject insulin.
Your body makes it. By itself, through a little organ called the pancreas. It's insane, really. You should Google it.

I don't know how to break things down any further for you.

Don't respond to @Zyzż_ brother. He's just came on this thread to start shit and doesn't have the slightest clue what he's talking about.

Thanks for clarifying. I was actually kind of on the fence about those insulin takers. I heard stories about them... but now I know for sure that they are just plain "dumb as fuck"

You should change your name. Zyzz implies you're a direct decedent of Helen Keller who stumbled upon tren.

I think MightyMesoKnight is a better fit.
Once again thanks, pal.

You know, I bought some sparkling water yesterday at the grocery because well.... it was on sale, and my wife likes it.
She would always say drinking carbonated stuff or taking tums was a huge help if she ever felt bloated or whatever after eating. So, I did a little research on the sparkling water and this is what I found.

What Are the Benefits of Carbonated Water? | LIVESTRONG.COM
Here is the actual excerpt that I found useful.
"If you're feeling a little sick to your stomach after eating, drinking a glass of carbonated water might help, according to a 2002 study published in the "European Journal of Gastroenterology and Hepatology." Indigestion, also known as dyspepsia, is a term used to describe a variety of symptoms that occur in the upper abdominal area and may include bloating, nausea, vomiting or quickly feeling full after eating. The researchers of the study do not explain how carbonated water helps."

The only advice to take seriously from Livestrong is their article on how to blood dope.... Beyond that, it's a bunch of shit.
