Hi meso I didn't know that there is forum for new members so I didn't introduced myself.
I'm 24 years old and I've been lifting for about few years but nothing serious because I mostly switched routines and programs a lot so I didn't make huge progress because i was searching for that one special mega super program.I decided to stop doing that and just follow some program and stick with it.In my quest for perfect program I read a lot of books and stuff like that from people who knows what the fck are they talking about.
I train boxing so weights are there just for being big and strong not competing at the moment but i hope i will in future.
