Hi guys new to the forum been reading this one and different ones. I used gear about 7 years ago, had a good source but he past. I'm 46 now and wanting to get back at it. My bf% is high right now but have my diet pretty close to good (friend is a personal trainer/nutritionist). I get caliper measured every three weeks.. Once I get to 12% I'm going to be going back on.. Until then I'll be reading and maybe asking questions..
