Increase appetite during a bulk

I'm having troubles putting food down right now. 7 meals a day and I can't even manage my scheduele. Is like, I finished meal 4 and I have to eat meal 5 inmediatly so is almost imposible to eat all of them properly.

I was looking for something to increase the apettite a lot, no money right now for hgh but I've read that ghrp6 may increase hunger, also mt2, boldenone, vitamin b12 inject and some juice for anorexia.

Do you know the proper use of it? What will do the work better? I've used mt2 before and b12 long time ago. ¿Can you guys show me a protocol of ghrp6 or something better?

Ghrp-6 is great. Combine it with cjc no DAC and you got a nice HGH builder (or releaser I should say).

It will produce hunger. I run GHRP-6 (and cjc no Dac... When I have it), and I pin it first in the morning when I wake up. Do some cardio and Allow Atleast 15 minutes before eating. I think might pin it again before a meal (15 minutes before eating) around noon. Again right before I work out, receives good pumps, and again right after my work out and straight to a meal. Then once more right before bed.

That's the most I do in terms of pinning it. Least would be, wake up, post work out, before bed.

I think it worka great for what it is. Always getting the natural HGH moving.

The other thing is man you can take forever to eat when eating 6+'meals !!! Otherwise just as you finish your last you are starting your next meal. Just scarf it down! I can't imagine your meals are that good that you want to savor the taste and enjoy them all that much lol.

I will follow your advice, Monday will order ghrp6 and cjc no dac, will pin 100 mcg each morning , post workout and before bed, always 20 mins before eating and almost 1hr from the last meal. Will run it for 1 month and if I see changes will keep with it another 2 or 4 weeks more.

Now i'm eating better this 3-4 days, the faster I eat the more food i can put down yes... but in 1 week or so is 1 more meal, keep pushing the weight.

I've read that 300 mcg ghrp6 plus 300 mcg cjc no dac is like 6 iu generic hgh (2 iu per pin of 100mcg both peptides), is that true??... holy shit.
 
Yeah man. In wrote a whole thread on the compounds a few years back. I'll see if I can find it. And throw it up here for you.

And nah it won't give you the equallent of 6iu generic HGH. No where close. It just realizes natural test more and more times. Keeping the pulse window open longer and more often.

Are you doing the Rich piana cycle?
 
I watch the rich piana channel from time to time but no i'm not doing the protocol he says, but in regards with the food i'm doing almost the same thing, everytime I plateau I put more food in. My aas right now are 750 mg test e and 600 mg deca, insulin on workouts days (6 days or 7 a week) 12 ius post workout (Next week will use 4 iu only pre, never have used it preworkout.)

My gf recommend me that marijuana haha... but I don't smoke and I think that It can be contraproductive with the cycle, the training endurance and so on... (Just my personal opinion, never go deep in the subject)

It's weird how weed effects different people. When I did smoke bud all it did was makes me extremely lazy.

My girl is the exact opposite. When she smokes she starts cleaning the house and doing the laundry and dishes. She goes into work mode and gets extremely focused.
 
Theres indica and sativa. Easy way to remember is indica = in your couch. Whereas Sativa is uplifting and more mental. I can distinguish them apart when eating, but not very well when smoking/vaping.

Then within indica and sativa, there are different strains with different results. I don't consume prior to lifting because I feel as if everyone is looking/talking about me at the gym and then I get self conscious and want to go hide or I just stare at hot girls ass in yoga pants.

Are you diabetic? I use slin on work out days also. Never even bought out about prework out though. How does that even work considering you need the carbs and stuff to keep from crashing?!

And just like anything else I cycle peptides and slin. I only stay on slin for 6 weeks Max.

1 - You are on this site because you have heard of and want to become more familiar with Growth Hormone Releasing Peptide (GHRP) and/or Growth Hormone Releasing Hormone (GHRH). These 2 materials administered can give you an increased quality of life in ways of anti-aging, muscular hypertrophy, fat loss, injury repair, higher bone density, and better sleep.

2 - GHRP can be used on its own to increase our natural Growth Hormone (GH) pulse release from the Pituitary Gland in the brain. GHRP dosed in conjunction with GHRH will amplify our growth hormone release significantly to gain maximal benefit.

3 - There are various types of GHRH's. The only GHRH to consider is tetra-substituted CJC-1295 / CJC-1295(without DAC) / modGRF(1-29). They are all the same thing but with a different name. They come in vials ranging in material weights measured in milligrams (mg) consisting of a solid freeze-dried (lyophilized) substance.

4 - There are various types of GHRP's. GHRP-6, GHRP-2, Hexarelin, and Imaporelin. The differences between them are potency and side effects. GHRP-6 is very potent and makes you quite hungry. GHRP-2 is potent and can slightly affect your sleep somewhat. Hexarelin is very potent but you can desensitize from higher dosages. Imaporelin is potent with the minimalist side effects of all 4 GHRP's.

5 - Peptides are dosed via a regular 1mL needle syringe typical to what a diabetic would use. It is administered Subcutaneously (SubQ) (just under the skin into the fat tissue), most usually around the abdomen region.

6 - The required amount (saturation dose) is 1mcg (microgram) per Kg (Kilogram) of bodyweight. The typical usage and for ease of measuring is 100mcg of modGRF(1-29) and/or 100mcg of your choice of GHRP. Lower dosages will simply result in less GH release due to a slightly weaker GH pulse and reduce any side effects you may have. A higher dose will have minimal benefit and is more a waste of money than anything else. But, in saying that, the more frequently dosed in any given day would result in more frequent pulses.

7 - Mixing (reconstitution) the lyophilized product in their vials with Bacteriostatic Water (BW) can take some getting used to. The idea is not to add too much dilution. Typical rule of thumb is to add 0.5mL of BW to 1mg of Peptide. So a 2mg vial should reconstitute with 1mL BW. 5mg with 2.5mL, 10mg with 5mL, etc. Squirt the BW along the inside wall of the vial in a smooth controlled manner being cautious not to agitate the mixture too much. It will dissolve itself and become clear. You can roll the vial gently between your fingers or hands but don't shake it to dissolve. The reconstitute is ok to be drawn once fully dissolved.

8 - On a 1mL needle, there are either 50 tick marks from 0-100, skipping every odd number OR 100 international units (IU). A 100mcg dose is half way between the 2nd and 3rd tick mark, OR 5 IU's (if you followed the above reconstitution). There are no half tick marks. It is OK to draw modGRF and GHRP into the one needle for a single shot. It is NOT OK to mix peptides in the same vial or syringe for storage.

9 - Reconstituted peptide should be stored in the refrigerator to prevent degradation. Left at room temperature, peptide will degrade within days but kept in the fridge will last months. You can pre-load syringes and store in freezer if you want but it is more of a hassle than being worth the effort.

10 - Doses can be taken throughout the day but at no less than 3 hour intervals between doses. 1 dose a day is typical for light injury repair, anti-aging effects, deeper sleep, and better quality of life. The most beneficial would be to dose immediately prior to going to bed for your daily sleep period. Sleep is the time when our pituitary is most active. 2 or 3 doses per day will give the added benefit of lean tissue build, and fat loss, considering your diet consists of good quality foods.

11 - Doses should be taken on empty stomach to benefit the most. This is usually 3 hours or more.

12 - Do not consume food for between 15-30 minutes after your dosage. Best time is around 20-25 minute mark. GH pulses should peak within about 10 minutes after dosage. Fats and Carbohydrates affect the pulse dramatically. Protein has no effect on pulse and you can have a pure protein source in your stomach at anytime if you so choose to.

13 - Dosage timing can be beneficial to your goals. For muscle growth, the 2nd most beneficial time to dose is post workout (PWO). Best time is pre-bed because sleep is when we recover and our cells repair and grow. Within 30 minutes should be fine but sooner the better. Remember to have your meal 20-25 minutes after dose.

14 - For fat loss, your supplemental dose is 1 hour pre-cardio exercise after a long fasting without food. Best time is after waking up and before breakfast. During cardio exercise, maintain a moderate intensity for between 30-60 minutes. 45 minutes is a good session. You do not want to go too hard or too long. A moderate pace will utilize Free Fatty Acids (FFA) at the highest rate for energy. Refrain from eating for approximately 2 hours after your exercise because this is the time the body is still burning fat as fuel. You must eat throughout the day to reduce the chance of muscle catabolism (breakdown).

15 - These Peptides can be used on a daily basis for the rest of your life without any harm. Enjoy!!!

I run ghrp-6 and cjc-1295 no dac at least three times a day (per depending on my work out time, with the 3 hour min spacing), wake up, lunch/post work out, bedtime.

I have seen good results for using it indepent wise with out any HGH or igf-1.

After my move I with stock up on either some HGH it igf-1 and stack it in with the ghrp and cjc for max results.

wow that's a good read, thank you a lot Kosta jeezy. I was going to buy a peptide blend with ghrp6 5mg and modGRF1-29 but since I've read your post I decide to buy each one alone. So I've buyed 2x5mg ghrp6 and 2x5mg cjc1295nodac. It will arrive in a couple of days so by wednesday or thursday I'll be using them 3 times per day 100mcg each. I live in Spain and bloodworks here are free (Social Security) and I was wondering what should I say to get my hgh levels checked, maybe that's not free?.. I don't really know.

I'm not diabetic but since Insulin is the most anabolic stuff out there, is in my personal army. I've never used it preworkout but I've read that it's more beneficial, just take with you some vitargo or some carbs with your water or bcaas to the gym and drink it during the workout, also eat after pinning. I use novorapid (4 hours in your system, 1,5hr - 2 peak).
 
image.jpg I don't know what to do to help you get HGH testing done there as I have to pay for it here and they can't tell me no.

I could even think to use slin pre work out. Having to eat right before or during would be a challege for me to keep it down. And I would be worried about going in a low. I already push myself hard enough that I feel drowsy that I could imagine having to watch for the signs of going low during my workout.

I also use Novolog, and I have used novolin R and novolin N, pretty extensively. Novolog is my favorite though so I don't have to stay up all night to make sure it passes through my system. I've never gone over 6iu though. I don't want to mess with my natural levels to the point where I completely shut down my pancreas. I also use it in the beginning of my cycles then lean off it and try to up my HGH dosage alittle bit more. Then I can go back to slin during my pct to help still build muscle and maintain. Sometimes I use it off cycle for a few weeks but I make sure I have off time with it so I can start it again back on cycle.

You using HGH? Generic or pharma?
 
Try pinning the Ghrp and CjC right before your work out. I have always got good pumps off it. Just like you would igf
 
GHRP-6 make me really hungry, particulary if you use this on an empty stomach but i get lot water retention with it.
Some people report during the first day a important sensation of hungry with MK-677 (oral compound)
IGF-1 make me hungry too but it's not the same feeling ( not harder like GHRP-6 per exemple )
Other method, but not really safe if you dont know well the product are the Insulin.
 
Honestly.. Seeing as I don't think we all need to turn to a drug right off the bat..

Force feed for 3 or 4 days. You will adapt.

At least I do, and that's how I get clients to.

On a cut, I tell them.. Don't budge for 5 days and watch how it becomes easy.

On a bulk, feel so full and sick of eating for 5 days and it just becomes easy.

Tip. When I have to eat but not hungry I watch a video or come here on meso while eating... You soon forget you're feeding and look down and boom meal gone
