Need Advice

-got up to 240lbs at peak not naturally, was a hint too fat though smh
-tore both rotatur cuffs and both labrums (auto accident and workout injury), need surgery and PT on both shoulders, also shattered wrist from punching out a steel beam
-prescription opiates taken daily for chronic pain which im sure damaged my natural total T levels
-currently down to 170lbs because i stopped lifting and only do cardio now, 6' tall btw
- was running GH 2iu a day but product was overpriced and am looking to switch to more reputable vendor as my GH serum test levels were not as high as I wanted them


-for my surgeries on both my shoulders and potential needed surgery on my wrist I am looking at a LONG recovery time (3 years most likely) till im back to 95-100% on everything in terms of joints/bones


-Looking to run GH, how many IU's per day would be ideal for 22yr old and only looking to heal surgeries w/ physical therapy at a faster rate (i'd like to cut that 3yr recovery down to 1.5 yr if possible)
-What peptides would you recommend to run for recovery? I was thinking TB500
-Also I would like to go on TRT as my total test has permanently dropped (200-250 level) from previous steroid usage as well as having to take perscription opiates daily from my injuries/accidents
-What AAS would be best to run for ligaments/cartlidge tears as well as bone strengthining/overall joint ligament strengthining, i am young and refuse to be disabled for the rest of my life from this
-Money is a factor ATM but in 4 months it will not be a factor.


-Anyways, put yourself in my shoes, I am already getting MRI's, surgeries, physical therapy, and I am looking to accelerate my healing process and if possible make my joints stronger than they naturally were before, has anyone had any success with stem cell research or anything of that nature? I am open to anything that has real results.

-Moving forward I will not be participating in HEAVY lifting as I refuse to risk injuring myself, but will consider running AAS combined with very light controlled weights and long reps to rebuild myself into great shape. I would like to get up to 220lb @ 12% bf or less. Can this be achieved w/ AAS, GH, & Insulin w/out lifting heavy, and instead things like very light lifting & safe exercises w/ focus on control, form, and higher reps? My diet would be perfect as well, I work w/ a dietician/doctor that focuses on


My biggest focus is injury prevention and healing first, getting back to great shape would be 2nd.

So toget it off the table real quick, you are very unintelligent with you actions it seems. Having said that your only guessing your natty test is tanked from "opiates" and previous cycles. Get blood work done and get off the opiates and fix the issue not create another one with going on trt that's fcking stupid. INSULIN are you kidding me! Anyone that asks questions about using insulin should not use it that is for veterans in this world and I mean true vets not someone who's done it for 5ish years even more like 10-20. GH probably could help but I've had all of your injuries and then some and have never taken it. If you put in work, ya know real hard ass work you'll rehab quicker. Drugs ain't going to do it. It's on you to make yourself better and honestly it's also on you for some of the injuries. I'm suppose the gym shoulder injury is from bench? And punching a steal beam mmmm alright seems like a good idear. Oh and I know this is none of what you wanted to hear but unfortunately your purposed way and the right way are in opposite directions.

Don't rely on drugs intended for muscle wasting diseases and to bulk up cattle for surgery recovery.
My friend ran a test deca cycle purposely to help him recover from a back surgery... but A.) His injuries were caused by an IED blast (significantly more damaging than punching a beam) and he was badass enough to live his life off pain meds. And B.) He's a badass mother fucker who would have recovered fast regardless of AAS use.

Idk. Just do what your doctor says and rehab it. Steroids are going to strengthen your muscles faster than your tendons, regardless of how you lift.
GH is overrated for surgery recovery too. Not worth the price needed to be effective.
Just listen to the doctors, except the dietician. That person is probably fucking stupid.

2nd I have more than just the injuries listed going on so you bashing me for prescription opiate usage is unnecessary, if you put yourself in my shoes for a day you would cringe at the uphill battle I face every minute of my life
3rd Insulin is the most anabolic compound known to mankind, I don't give a shit if you don't approve of my usage and I didn't ask any questions on how to use it, I've administered it to my diabetic family members for the past 9 years and have taken classes on it.

5th Shoulder injury was from an auto accident I was hit by a drunk driver at 70mph, did you even read my question? Other one was from a snowboarding accident, and then iv had re-occurring incidents from heavy lifting as the ligament is already torn at this point.
6th I punched a steel beam because my girlfriend was punching me in the face and I wanted to beat the shit out of her with everything in me but I didn't do it but I had to hit something because I was so angry at the time.
7th None of your advice you gave me was helpful whatsoever, people like you are what completely ruin this forum

Iv been "rehabing" it for 2 years now w/ PT after my surgery. I am going to do an explorative surgery to see what the issue with the pain is and I'm just looking to reduce the recovery time.

I had all those injuries and you know what "drugs" I took? Fucking nothing, why? Because I needed the negative feed back loop from my body to not be dampened during rehab so I knew how far I could push. I did rehab for 6 hours a day it was my one and only goal no TV no excuses, I exhausted every form of rehab for months and months so stop being a pussy with excuses. If you want validation for your ideas then go to a different forum because no one here is going to promote such a stupid train wreck of PEDs to someone who is so young, is so arrogant and is so rash to advice.

Never said I was hard and you know that physical therapy doesn't mean just working out right? Massage therapy, shock therapy, accupuncture, active release pressure, Chiropracter, yoga, stretching just to name a few. And ya I had 6 hours a day because I'm up 16-17 hours a day work 8 hours (light duties) and my foods preprepped so what else am I suppose to do lie down and pop pills feeling sorry for myself looking for excuses? Ya that seems like a better option. Never said I'm hard cause I'm not but will do anything to make my body functional. You go use your cocktail of drugs and report back you seem to think your smarter then everyone anyways. And yes. SOF is special operations forces. Was stationed in Fort Benning under the 3rd battalion of the 75th ranger regiment. It's tier 1 SOF when you go OCONUS. Anyone above Tier 1 would not and can not tell you if they are going anywhere. Jackass.
