Hey everyone, like I said I'm new to the site. I'm 24 and have lifted for about 2 years but always have played sports and recently left the army. Just starting to get into the whole body building thing.
I'm 24 like I said
5'11
180lbs
12% bf
225 x2 bench
Looking to get an all around increase in everything and definitely put on some lean mass. I'd like to be about 215-225lbs, I'm just on protein and creatine right now and it seems like 180lbs is my plateau so I'm looking for something to push me past that and into the next level. I've never done a cycle or anything, I honestly just don't know where to find gear around here, but anyways im open to all advice and help from some of the knowledgeable guys on here, feel free to pm me or just post on here.
Thanks everyone!

Welcome. What's going to push you past your plateau is food. You have to eat to grow. Up your calorie intake.

Welcome to meso man. If you've only been at it for 2 years, you may have hit a plateau but not your genetic Max. Plateaus happen and to push past them you'll have to eat more, switch up your workout routine. Play around with different exercises, volume and weight. Muscle confusion is key. You look like you've made some very good progress for only being at it for 2 years. I wouldn't assume you can't build more onto your frame.

Welcome to Meso. Eat more and lift harder for awhile before running any gear. You'll be happy you did and the knowledge and experience you gain will make your results with AAS a lot better.

You want growth an weight right??? That all starts in the kitchen. We dont want to hear the same ol bs line...oh I eat alot, im jus a hard gainer...

Guys only think they are a hard gainer cuz they are use to eating a certain amount of food a day.....everyday. To most of us, their certain amount is about half our daily intake smh lol. Muscle starts in the kitchen brotha. I belive you can still atleast put on another 10lbs pretty quick with the right diet. Its called force feeding an we all have to do it in order to break plateaus an force more muscle growth while bulking!!!

Would eating that much take away from being cut? I'm trying to walk a fine line since summer is right around the corner, but I'm tired of stepping on the scale and it won't go up. I work at a restaurant so I usually order a bunch of 7oz chicken breast and broccoli and bag them up for the week. And I have 4-5 protein shakes a day, creatine before and after workout, and test booster pills 4x daily.. Anyone heard anything positive and DHEA?

stop spending money on supplements and spend it on whole foods.
4-5 shakes a day is too many man, try to focus on getting all your calories from food and only supplement with shakes when necessary...one a day is ideal. You can supplement the shake with pnut butter, coconut oil, honey, oats, milk, yogurt, olive oil, flax seed, etc to get the calories up. You can keep it lean if you just go 350-500 calories over maintenance, keep it clean foods no processed junk and get your cardio in. Eat big. lift heavy. rest.

Start tracking your intake using MyFitnessPal or something similar. Eat normal for a week and track it as accurate as possible. You'll probably be surprised you're not eating as much as you think you are. Then continue to track and up your calories accordingly, keeping protein at least 1g per lb of body weight. I also use a macro calculator to give me a decent baseline of where my calories should be. I use "whataremymacros" but Google macro calculator and you'll find a bunch.
