Hey guys, im skipping meals sometimes cuz i have a 12 hour night shift job and sometimes dont have enough time to make meals to take to work. The vending machine has crap and I'm able to eat clean, thats not too hard for me. But if I have to choose to skip food or eat crap, i skip the food and i'm on cycle. I know thats a dumb decision and lately have been doing a lot better but i still want to eat above maint and a good meal service is exactly what i need. Anyone good ones out there that are worth mentioning? I will supplement with shakes maybe 2 or 3, pre and post workout, etc... Any help would be appreciated.

I've personally used megafitmeals.com several times. I use them any time the wife is out of town and can't prep my meals for me for the week because I'm a terrible fucking cook. Lol.

Beautiful, I'll check it out. I was looking at bodybuilding.com's products called b elite but each meal is 8 bucks and has 240-340 calories. Even,if I supplement with a couple shakes, I'd still have to eat 6 of them a day. That's a lot of money. About 50 bucks a day. Any others you folks use??? Thanks and I'll check out megafit

It's not cheap, but if the wife is out of town, I either won't eat much, or I will eat shit the whole time. It's worth it to me to spend the $ every 6-8 weeks when she's traveling.

Check your local area you can usually get good cheap meal service. I use to be able to do 22 dollars a day for 5 meals totalling 3800 calories through a local service. Poke around in sure there is a small prep business in your area that will accommodate your taste buds and goals

ok i'll try that Rodger, thx for the info. I haven't even tried to look around yet locally. I've always thought it would be a great business to start. A (clean/weight loss/bulking/vegetarian) fast food place to start up. Man would that be cool, cater to whatever you need. Anyway, ya i'll check. Thx for the replies fellas, cya around.

Dominos pizza, $12 for a lil over 3300 calories ;)

Definitely check locally. I used to work with a chick who got free meals from a girl and all she did was promote this chick's meal prep business over instagram.... this chick was dumb as hell when it came to nutrition and exercise too....
If all I had to do in life was get an OK butt and use photoshop :/

Bro I'm with you on that I was strong as hell and super lean and got a 50% sponsor from the sups store this girl who has a nice squat booty and mad photoshop skills gets a free ride for nutrition.

My brother uses one of those services and I think he spends about $150 a week. The meal plan he signed up for is for someone around 150 lbs who wants to gain muscle. He is closer to 190 but he supplements the rest of his day with meals he preps, he only uses the food service for around 3 meals a day, so he may spend around $50 extra per week on his own food he makes like eggs for breakfast and meat for dinner.

He has made some hella gains using this plan

i am actually looking forward to rich pianas meal plan. so far all of his 5% supplements have had good reviews from quite a few different places and i like how you can chose your macros when building the plan. im am the family's cook and im pretty good but i find it rough to prepare their food as well as mine. i have been just cooking 20lbs of chicken breast brown rice and some greens because its fast but im hoping i can still eat clean with his plan and maintain calories because i am burnt out on grilled chicken breast oatmeal and eggs. i need variety. but so far there is no release date for his plan but if i remember right it is supposed to be around 6 bucks a meal.

Wow 6 bucks sounds pretty legit. And I totally hear you about the chicken breasts, I am so burnt out on it. On my days off, I grill on the bbq about 2 lbs of breasts, some lean steaks and 95% lean ground beef patties. My question is, wtf am I gonna do when I get sick of all that lol. Eating clean is tough which is why I really wanna try one of these meal plans. Thx for the heads up, I'll look into rich's program. A lot of the other meal services are around 8 bucks a meal, which is crazy expensive.

I think your best bet is like someone else said: looking around locally. There are a few places online that can do the job. However, they are going to be a lot more expensive. I've seen a place not far from me that does this, and plan on doing business with them soon. GL..I think a simple Google search can probably find you what your looking for
