Talked it over with Jim and he suggested gold dial and scrubbing real good. Which honestly is by far the best suggestion yet. Do that before harsh meds. I tried everything including dawn soap and acne washes which isn't as good as dial imo. Another thing I learned is ACNE IN MEN HAS NOTHING,0, TO DO WITH ESTROGEN. It's the deal I signed when I introduced hormones in to my sytem. I tried low low trt and that didn't help either. It's not really diet related. I have it cuz I take in test. That's it. Next step oral antibiotics. Doc said 9/10 do great on that in combination with dial and scrubbing. Last resort? Accutane

I have used Benzac and it worked quite well, best is Duac Gel it's a mix of benzoile peroxide and anibiotic (don't remember which one). It's a bit expensive in the long run, but did save my back and chest, especially chest.... I had 4 cyst in the center of my chest that would pop, expel the usual shit and then start healing, just to get back like before popping in few days. Was A FUCKING NIGHTMARE, and a painfull one as well.

Yeah estrogen was not my problem, they were ok, problem was probably the combination of tren and PCT.
Funny thing is... I never HAD ACNE EVER, not evne in puberty.

BEFORE starting AAS, just like 10months before I start having acne on my back.... Went to the doctor and gave me antibiotics, worked a bit not too much but it wasn't for long only 1 month. (usually antibiotics need to be run longer).

I started AAS and acne went away.... Just few cyst here and there but really not much at all.

2 cycles and was still great, finished a tren test masteron cycle and used clomid nolva.
Got the worse acne ever seen in my own life.

what's even more funny? As soon I got back on Test.... it cleared in like 3 days a good 85%.

It's a mistery imho, now I have a bit but like nothing compared to before. I mean it was not only back and chest was on the fucking ARMS too! I still have 5-6 scars in the arms... I couldn't believe it.
I had almost a breakdown looking at my body during that 2-3 months.

Acne in AAS users it's like the lottery, at least for me... I just can't tell what's making me breaking out. Could be E2, could be androgens, could be hcg, could be genetic.

For sure androgens play probably the biggest part
