It's a bit different when you've watched some of your best friends die in that uniform and some fuck stick is walking around claiming the same stature as those who aren't with us any longer.

Not to mention when you're fresh out the Military life fucking sucks. You go from living with your best friend, and on the same hall as your best friends, to being all by yourself in a society that doesn't understand you, so when you jump off the lawn mower yelling "contact left" because you hit a rock and it sounded like an AK, and all your neighbors start looking at you different, and now you're even more alone because all these fuckers think you're crazy.

So you start hating civilians even more than you already did, and then they go and do some shit like this?

I feel ya. Ive never beennthere kyself so i will never know what that feels like. Still, i think the strongest guy in the room is the one who can keep a level head in adverse situations, yeah record these guys and report them since its illegal, but dont put yourself in a position to end up locked up.

Where do people even get these uniforms, do they just sell them at a store?

My first day I reported to my unit was a Sunday. So, naturally, the SGT on CQ had me flip a tire from 08 to 2100...

I would have rather been slapped... but don't worry, that came later. Multiple times.

Being slapped in the face is a small punishment, if you can even call it that. I understand we all fought for their right to dress up like that... blah blah... but I still think they should be hanged and quartered.

Incline bench triple dropsets 3x8,10,10 @ 225,185,135.... last set I did 6 reps of 185. Almost died.
DB Bench 1x8,10,10 @ 80,70,55, 2x8,10,10 @75,65,55
Decline DB Press 3x8,10,10 @ 60,50,40
Low-High cable fly 4x12 @30lbs
High-low cable fly 4x12 @40
Dips 1x10 @60lbs, 1x15 @bodyweight did this one after the other
KB Swings 4 min 20 sec on/10 sec off @ 40lbs
Burpees 4 min 20 on/10 off
Stair mill for 22 minutes.

Yeah I honestly didn't know about much when I ETS'd. ACAP did absolutely nothing to prepare you for the switch, so I ended up just latching onto another 11B buddy of mine who lived in the same town as me and we just scowled at society the whole time.

It's been 13 months since I got out and I've definitely improved drastically, more social now.

Yeah I honestly didn't know about much when I ETS'd. ACAP did absolutely nothing to prepare you for the switch, so I ended up just latching onto another 11B buddy of mine who lived in the same town as me and we just scowled at society the whole time.

It's been 13 months since I got out and I've definitely improved drastically, more social now.

this was about the most "social" thing in my life until my girl forced me to get out into the community. I do a lot of volunteer work locally, I like it...it's good stuff.

Today is exactly 21 days out from the vaca. Going to start updating with daily pics taken first thing in the AM. Haven't weighed myself in a minute.... might do that.

Been trying to get my bodyfat tested but the owner at my gym has been pretty busy, and on his free days I've been busy. Hopefully next week.

@Leancuisine i did 10 n out my CSM was like what we gotta do to keep you in, i told hime the two hardest duty stations to get for my MOS and he says that it? I was like yup ill give you another 6. Comes back the next day with the SGM of one the units that i wanted, I was like no shit. I got the unit but needless to say my buddy at retention was like look you got 30 days to get orders or i have to put you needs of the army and, so i was like well where's that, he says EL PASO!....I had to chuck up the deuces to the CSM because no way i was getting paperwork from DC to come back and to hell if i was about to be mechanized. CSM said I would be crawling back to his office asking to come back...bro 6 years later i have not looked back, get to do what i love and work for myself all the while getting the VA to pay for it. Its a hard transition but the longer your out of the system the more you get used to it but know you have those acquired skills to add to the toolbox.

My boy is in school right now, he had a small flare up the other day. Sittin in his econ class and kids are talking bout the the election. Kids are riding uncle bernie's dick, little fuckers who's mommy and daddy put em in a brand new car, rent paid, dont gotta work. "We deserve free health care! We deserve a free education!"
Big neck finally raised his hand and when the prof called on him he calmly said.."I'm here on the GI bill, and I'd appreciate if yall would sit down shut the fuck up so I could actually learn something"....know what they did? Asked him to leave class and "cool off", probably scared to death. I don't discuss politics, but I could only imagine what it must be like to sit in an auditorium full of entitled lil brats right now.
