Another new guy

Just wanted to introduce myself over here. Been on a couple other forums, but from what I've read so far over here I like what I see.
 
Thanks guys. I'm 37, 5'10", 210#, not sure about my body fat right now, but looks like about 15-20%. I have been recovering from a major surgery on my ankle, so my weight was down to 190 in October. I eat clean but not really anal on my macros, I don't really consume carbs except for my morning oats or quinoa. I have been getting blood work done and found out my T was low, so finally got my Dr to put me on TRT, only been about a month now, since then I have been able to really feel the difference and put on some more weight. I cycled a few times in my mid 20's, and was careless with PCT so that may have played a part. I'm not really looking to get huge, I'd rather stay around this weight and just get lean.

Lol, yeah that avatar is pretty funny. My first cycle was Schein pharma Test Enanthate and Deca, I was 19, had been hitting the gym hard since 14, and some meathead at my gym convinced me I was ready to take it up to the next level. I was taking about 500mg of test a week and 300 of Deca I think. I went from 195 to 230, was pretty jacked but very bloated since I wasn't getting very good guidance on my diet. He told me to just eat tons of calories. Needless to say I've learned a lot since then and can see how fucking ignorant that mother fvcker was. I came off that cycle for about two months then he got me onto Organon Sust 250 readyjects, and I was having bad sides and just felt like shit, so I quit taking it, but I didn't have HCG or anything on hand and I crashed hard. I didn't go to the gym for two weeks, I was sick the whole time and felt like dog shit. That was a hard lesson. So, fast forward about four years, I had educated myself a little more, and decided to do a light Test cycle, 500mg of Test Cyp a week, and the first few weeks I jump-started with Test Prop, 200mg every third day. That went pretty smooth, I leaned up and put on some solid size that I was able to maintain most of. I did my HCG regimen at the end and everything was good. I wish I had resources like this forum way back when I started, I figured I was getting advice from a bodybuilder with years of experience, but he was just a juice junky. Even 8 years ago I never heard of guys getting blood-work, except for the guys who competed, now everybody is, and the information is accessible, so there's no excuse not to.
